Co-founder of Therapixal
Pierre Fillard is Chief Science Officer and co-founder of Therapixel, creator of AI-powered breast cancer screening and diagnosis software MammoScreen. At Therapixel, he previously held the positions of CEO and CTO. Before founding Therapixel, Fillard was a senior research scientist at INRIA (National Institute for Research in Digital Science and Technology), where he focused on medical imaging and image processing. The VP of Investment Banking (Capital Markets) was primarily responsible for Iberian accounts.Based in Lisbon, she is now a partner at Pier Partners VC where she has worked since 2016. She has completed courses in fintech and blockchain business strategy run by Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Oxford university's Said Business School respectively. In 2018, she became a board member of Portugal Fintech, an NGO overseeing the development of the country's fintech ecosystem. In August 2019, the mother-of-three became a fintech entrepreneur as the Portuguese co-founder and CFO of StudentFinance.

Clatz also holds a PhD in philosophy from the Ecole des Mines de Paris, and a master's degree in applied mathematics from the Ecole Normale Supérieure Paris-Saclay. Currently, he works at the French Government’s Commissariat Générale pour l’Investissement managing the national program AI For Diagnostics. He left Therapixel in 2019.

After a stint in Hong Kong, she closed the business and focused on developing the MenteLista platform to follow her passion for neuroscience and how it can be used to enhance children's learning.She had previously managed the Andalusian Center of Technology and Innovation (CITIC) for 11 years. She had also worked as a senior consultant at BAE Systems. She has a computer science degree from Salamanca Pontifical University and a master's in Business Administration from San Telmo International Institute.

Jeremy Scholz is CTO and co-founder at US-based unicorn Diamond Foundry, the first certified carbon-neutral lab-produced diamond manufacturer. He has worked there since 2012, leading up to the company’s official establishment. Prior to this, Scholz co-founded startup consultancy Alicanto in 2011 and briefly worked at startup YottaQ as director of engineering. From 2006–2011, Scholz worked as an engineer and manager at the $640m solar power startup Nanosolar. Silicon Valley's first solar power technology startup financed by American venture capital, the firm was the highest-valued firm in the industry at the time. When Nanosolar closed due to cheaper competition from China, much of its technical expertise and experience were diverted to set up Diamond Foundry. Scholz graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in mechanical engineering and started his career working at Boeing as a mechanical engineer from 2005–2006.

Upon graduation, he started his designing career at NetEase in 2007. However his career veered towards product management when, a year later, he joined Tencent in Allen Zhang's team (the team that later designed WeChat). In 2012, Kuang joined a startup, an Android app store called Wandoujia as Chief Product Officer. In late 2015, he left Wandoujia and, in 2016, started VUE with two colleagues, an app that both fits his interest in designing and experience in product.

Passionate about gastronomy, he began exploring alt-protein alternatives to address the environmental and ethical challenges of food supply chains.In 2016, he went on an engineering training course for agronomy and agri-food at AgroSup Dijon, the National Institute of Agronomic, Food and Environmental Sciences.A year later, he founded Les Noveaux Affineurs, a startup specializing in plant-based alternatives to cheese. Kadyan’s past projects include self-driving model cars, autonomous smart wheelchairs, an augmented reality interface for laser cutting, as well as machines that sketch and draw. He also founded a startup that does 3D printing in nearly any material, from plastic and metallic clay to chocolate, playdoh and fabric, and which was incubated at MIT Global Startup Labs 2014.Kadyan was named one of Foreign Policy magazine’s Top 100 Global Thinkers in 2016.
