Software engineer and entrepreneur Tiago Paiva holds a master’s degree in Network and Telecommunications from the Technical University of Lisbon. Previous to Talkdesk, he was a developer at Procter & Gamble. With co-founder and former classmate Cristina Fonseca, Paiva initially developed Talkdesk as a prototype at a Twilio-hosted hackathon.

Seasoned IT professional José Paiva graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Informatics from University of Lisbon in 1992. After stints at Banco de Portugal and Inesc, he spent 18 years working for the Portuguese IT firm Novabase. When he left to join Link Consulting, he was Executive Director at Novabase Business Solutions. He spent seven months at Link Consulting as Director, before launching his own startup, Landing.jobs.Paiva met Landing.jobs co-founder Pedro Oliveira at a Startup Lisboa event. Paiva was born in 1968.

A serial entrepreneur who co-founded three startups, Tiago Craveiro graduated from the University of Porto with a master’s in Industrial Engineering Management. Craveiro co-founded HUUB, Iterar and Knok Healthcare.Iterar and Knok Healthcare.Knok Healthcare.

A master’s graduate in Informatics and Computing Engineering from the University of Porto, Tiago Matos was a web developer for Nokia, with experience in software quality assurance at Wipro Technologies. Matos co-founded Jumpseller and currently lives in Chile, where Jumpseller is the platform most widely used by small and medium businesses for creating e-stores.

Serial entrepreneur Pedro Oliveira holds a master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico. Following internships at Accenture and EDP, he worked at EDP as an IT business analyst and project manager, before joining INOV INESC Inovação, where he became Associate Researcher.Oliveira met Landing.jobs co-founder José Paiva at a Startup Lisboa event. Before, Oliveira had founded Entrepreneurs Break and Oops!Booking.
