Dahlia Citra Buana is a veteran in the journalistic and broadcasting world. After graduating from Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia with a bachelor's degree in Politics, she began her career as a radio host and journalist in 2002, working for KBR68H and Green Radio Jakarta. In 2008 she joined Metro TV, eventually becoming the producer of Mata Najwa, a talk show hosted by well-known anchor Najwa Shihab. Together with Najwa, she established the omni-channel media network Narasi TV in 2017. Dahlia officially left Metro TV in 2018.

Purdue engineering graduate Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. Upon graduation, he worked as an engineer at Distribution Service Technologies and Sigma Cipta Caraka (Telkomsigma), both IT companies. He subsequently became Head of Business Development at Bayu Buana Travel, a travel company. He eventually quit to start crowdsourcing creative website Sribu in 2011. In 2014, he founded Sribulancer, an online marketplace for freelancers.

Marshall Pribadi is the founder and CEO of digital signature startup PrivyID, the first of its kind in Indonesia. In 2014, he graduated with a bachelor's degree in Law from Universitas Indonesia. Between 2012 and 2015, he worked at PT Buana Media Teknologi, the digital payments and voucher company that operates GudangVoucher.com. Marshall had been developing the business idea for PrivyID and pitching to investors since 2014, eventually establishing the company in 2016.

Catharina Davy is a veteran media professional, starting at Indonesian TV station RCTI in 1999, where she was a journalist, news anchor and eventually executive producer. Catharina left RCTI in 2011 and had a brief stint as a producer and scriptwriter at Watchdoc, a documentary production house, before moving to Metro TV as an executive producer and news manager from 2012 to 2016. In 2017, she joined former Metro TV colleagues Najwa Shihab and Dahlia Citra Buana to establish omni-channel media network Narasi TV.

After 18 years with Indonesia’s largest online news portal Detikcom, Budiono Darsono finally retired in September 2016 as the CEO of PT Detik TV Indonesia, also known as CNN Indonesia. With just IDR 40 million in 1998, Budiono built Detikcom with the help of senior journalists, Yayan Sopyan, Abdul Rahman, Didi Nugrahadi and Calvin Lukmantara. PT Trans Corporation paid US$60 million to acquire Detikcom in 2011. Budiono had also previously worked as a journalist for various newspapers including Surabaya, Majalah Tempo, Biro Tempo and Berita Buana since 1984.
