Willy Arifin

Co-founder and Chairman of KoinWorks

Willy Arifin graduated in Computer Science at the University of Michigan, USA in 2003. He decided to join fellow University alumnus Benedicto Haryono to set up KoinWorks and became the executive chairman of the P2P lending fintech in October 2015.

Willy’s family businesses are involved in the oil and gas shipping sectors. He has been a director of PT Bumi Perkasa Bahtera and PT Bahtera Pacific Line since 2003.
