Roger Malet Munté is the Chief Product Developer and co-founder at AEInnova who developed AEInnova’s first patent. He is an industrial electronics engineer who graduated from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, where he has been a professor since 2004. From 2010 to 2012, Malet worked as an investigator at the Professional Center for New Technologies. He also developed a Braille keyboard for his final year university project for ONCE, the National Organization for the Blind in Spain.

Ramón Voces Merayo is a co-founder of AEInnova, serving as its Communications Officer. He is also a professor at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB), the Open University of Catalonia (UOC) and the Salesians School. Voces began his career as a web developer before joining the UAB team. His major research interests are related to Internet technologies, in particular KM, UX, SEO/SEM and Accessibility. Voce holds a bachelor's degree and PhD in Information Science and a bachelor's in Telecommunication Engineering.

José Antonio Molina Rodríguez is a co-founder of AEInnova and was responsible for the development of its first thermoelectric mechanical technology. He has designed more than 100 different machines and mechanical components for multiple industrial applications, including several plants for the manufacture of gypsum plaster. Antonio received the maximum score in a first year program using the finite element method (FEM) for calculations. He also won the PIMEC award for business innovation and internationalization strategy for Catalan SMEs in 2006. He graduated in Mechanics and Technical, Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia.

Andrés Peñalver Núñez is a telecommunications engineer who graduated from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, specializing in electronic systems, industrial electronics and automatic control engineering. Peñalver is a co-founder of AEInnova and had been a researcher at the Autonomous University of Barcelona. He received the best academic record award from the Association of Telecommunications Engineers (COETTC) and was earlier awarded a scholarship to collaborate with the MARTA transportation project. His final project involved the design of an automatic validation system for infotainment devices for carmaker SEAT, where Peñalver has been a technical project leader.

He is a co-founder and IoT researcher and frontend software developer at AEInnova, where he uses Kendo UI, Bootstrap, AngularJS, Angular UI router, NodeJS, Gulp, Bower-git, Java Design Patterns, API RESTful architecture, as well as Scrum and Kanban. Nicolàs was formerly a hardware developer at TNL and is currently a PhD student. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems and a degree in Computer Engineering, both from the Autonomous University Barcelona. He has also studied at the University of Turin in Italy.

Comellas started his career as a manager at Caixa Catalunya bank and then as a senior consultant at financial advisory firm Qualinneo. He continued his finance career at Deutsche Bank and as a consultant in Insights Business Partners until 2017. As a partner at Blocktac, Comellas has been an investor and serial entrepreneur, while also assuming the role of advisor and partner at Happy Customer Box. Comellas holds a master's degree in banking administration from Barcelona's Universitat Pompeu Fabra and is also the Vice-President of Aeroclub Barcelona-Sabadell.

Before founding AEInnova, Aragonés was an R&D investigator in chip systems, ASIC design, energy harvesting and smart cities at the Autonomous University of Barcelona. Since 2018, he has also been a business advisor to the startup Happy Customer Box.
