Rocky Pesik is the son of Rudy Pesik, founder of the Caraka Group of logistics companies and Birotika Semesta, DHL's partner company in Indonesia. After graduating in 2012 with a bachelor's in Industrial Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), Indonesia, Nicko joined Citibank as a financial officer and rose to become an Assistant Vice President in 2015. He left the company in 2017 to establish logistics service startup Pakde.
