Co-founder and CTO of Minutes Apps
A Physics graduate from the Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) in Indonesia, Jimmy Carter built a career in advertising technology. He worked at PT Antar Mitra Prakarsa, also known as M-STARS, as an IT developer and system analyst from 2006 to 2011. Jimmy later joined PT Numedia Global before moving on to homegrown adtech company Adplus as its manager for Research and Development. He left Adplus in June 2016 to become the CTO of Minutes Apps, previously Minutes Barber. Jimmy had teamed up with Angki Rinaldy to develop the Minutes Barber app in 2015.

Albert Lucius has worked in three Fortune 100 companies. Mohammad Ridwan Agustiawan is an experienced software developer and self-professed gamer. He graduated from RWTH Aachen University in Germany, with a master’s in Informatics. He worked there as a research assistant between 2007 and 2009 before returning to Indonesia. He worked as a programmer and product manager in various companies such as Indonesian adtech startup SITTI, before joining digital marketing agency Kana Cipta Media where he still works as acting manager of its technical department. He is also a co-founder and CTO of Sonar, a digital media analytics platform.

Christian Sutardi graduated in 2010 with a degree in Finance and Management from the University of Hamburg in Germany. After working as an analyst in Germany for eight months, he moved to Indonesia to join Foodpanda as head of Sales and Operations until February 2013. He co-founded Lolabox, a beauty box service that was shut down after one year due to procurement problems in 2014. He then worked at Monk Hill’s Ventures as an associate for a year before leaving to become a co-founder of Fabelio in 2015. He is also an Endeavor entrepreneur.

Fransiska had also worked as an IT intern at Microsoft and the Office of the President of Indonesia. She also participated at a Silicon Valley think tank at the Singularity University before graduating from the Institut Teknologi Bandung in 2012. She went on to establish Prelo, an online marketplace for secondhand goods in 2015.

Alvin was a market research intern and later became a special projects consultant at Hybrid Silica Technologies before graduating in 2011. He worked in Boston at Stroud Consulting before returning to Indonesia in 2014 to work for the Boston Consulting Group (BCG).He left BCG in October 2015 to develop new products and corporate business for online travel agency Traveloka. In the meantime, he also co-founded Airy Rooms in 2015 but exited the startup in June 2017.

The Business Administration graduate worked as an insurance agent for Prudential Life Assurance while still at Universitas Bina Nusantara in Indonesia. After graduating in 2005, he worked as a cost accountant and inventory manager for almost four years at a food packaging company PT Anta Tirta Kirana. He later worked as an area sales manager at PT Indo Pangan Nusantara for another four years until May 2015 when he left to join Wedlite as a co-founder. Wedlite is now part of the bigger Taralite fintech.

Computer Data Communications graduate from Malaysia Zac Cheah is an Erasmus Mundus scholar with a master’s in Computing from Sweden’s KTH Royal Institute of Technology and a master’s in Security and Mobile Computing from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.After his master’s graduation in 2008, Zac joined Opera Software AS in Norway and Opera Oupeng in China. He left Opera in 2013 to co-found Cross platform HTML5 games developer Wozlla in China. In 2016, Zac moved to Indonesia and co-founded payments app Pundi-Pundi. He became the CEO of Pundi X in September 2017.

But in November 2015, he left Polatic to establish Kargo.co.id, an online marketplace for logistics services.

In 2004, she became an assistant producer for Metro TV's Today's Dialogue show and was heavily involved in reporting the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami. In 2009, she became the host of her own talk show, Mata Najwa, before becoming the station's vice editor-in-chief in 2011. In 2017, Najwa officially left Metro TV to establish omni-channel media network Narasi TV.

Elisabeth holds associate degrees in Fashion and Apparel Design from École Supérieure des Arts et techniques de la Mode (ESMOD), France and the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, USA, from which she also earned a bachelor's in Business Management. Prior to establishing The Shonet, she was Editor in Chief of Popbela, a news website under the IDN Media network.

He worked as a business analyst at Amazon for four months before joining a Distribution Management Program at General Electric in 2010. He left GE and returned to Indonesia to work as a consultant for BCG in 2012. Together with Hendi Chandi, Boris co-founded telecoms startup Kokatto in 2014. He later left BCG in 2016 to join Hendi to establish PT Advotics Teknologi Global as CEO.
