Juan García Perrote is an IESE Business School MBA graduate with over 10 years of experience in executive marketing roles. He is also serial entrepreneur in marketplace and digital marketing startups. He was the co-founder of Tick4all, the “last-minute of movie-tickets,” offering discounted seats at local cinemas, and COO of the referral marketing platform Fulltip. He was also partner and CEO of the digital marketing company Smart Client.Currently, he is CEO and founder of Ketplace, a marketplace sales management consultancy advising companies how to get the best sales performance in leading marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, and AliExpress. Jose Luis Vega de Seoane graduated in 2012 as a software engineer from the Complutense University of Madrid. He has also completed a global management program at IESE Business School.In 2013, he co-founded video games developer Upplication as CEO. The mobile app maker was sold in 2017 to Mobusi, a leading digital marketing company. He left Upplication in 2018 and became a digital strategy advisor at the Spanish Institute for Foreign Trade (ICEX).In 2018, he co-founded Capaball as COO. He is also a mentor at Conector Startup accelerator and a board member of IBECOSOL. In 2020, the serial entrepreneur has founded two new startups: Heris, a platform to cure patients affected by aphasia and a digital marketing agency Trevol.

Belgian-born Laurence Fontinoy graduated in Commercial Engineering at Belgium’s Louvain Catholic University in 1994 and went on an exchange program for one year at New York’s Stern Graduate Business School. She worked for almost four years at Belgacom Mobile in Belgium, where she supervised the launch of its first prepaid card. In 1999, she moved to the Netherlands to join Dutch telecoms provider Ben as a customer development manager. After completing an MBA in 2002 at IESE University of Navarra, the mother-of-three joined eBay Spain as head of category and seller development. In 2005, she was promoted to marketing and communications director but left in 2008 to join Google as the regional country marketing manager for Spain and Portugal. In 2015, she left to become the CEO and co-founder of WOOM with former eBay colleague Clelia Morales.

Javier Llorente Moral has extensive experience in managing and investing in internet startups and currently manages an investment portfolio of over 30 startups through his own investment company, Valderaduey Investments. A graduate in clinical psychology from the University of Barcelona, and in management from IESE Business School, he was a founding partner of Grupo Intercom in 1995.Since 1999, he has been a prolific investor in some of Spain's most successful internet businesses after his 10-year investment in Infojobs, until its acquisition by Schibsted. His other exited companies include Softonic and Bodas.net. He is also an investor in other startups including Emagister, Verticales Intercom, Buy Yourself, Red Points, Mailtrack and Camaloon, as well as in the startup investment platform Startupxplore.

Raúl Aragonés Ortiz is AEInnova’s chairman, former CEO, principal founder and originator of the idea behind the company. He is currently AEInnova's business development manager and holds a PhD in Microelectronics. He is also a professor at the IESE Business School and Salesians School Sarrià in Barcelona. Before founding AEInnova, Aragonés was an R&D investigator in chip systems, ASIC design, energy harvesting and smart cities at the Autonomous University of Barcelona. He holds memberships in the Astronomical Association of Terrassa and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). Since 2018, he has also been a business advisor to the startup Happy Customer Box.
