Since March 2017, Andrés Garrido Piñero has been working as a consultant at Altair Management Consultants in Barcelona, specializing as a digital transformation and blockchain advisor. He graduated as an Aerospace engineer from the Universidad de Sevilla in 2008 and has worked as a design engineer in Spain and the US for over six years.He completed an international MBA at the IE Business School in Madrid in 2016 and became the CEO and co-founder of ChainGoTech SL in November 2017. ChainGo is a blockchain-powered platform that can be used to build logistics solutions for the industry.

Sergi Vergés Gasso is co-founder and COO at NPAW, where he oversees operations, sales engineering and planning. In 2008, he joined fellow entrepreneur and co-founder Ferran Gutiérrez Vilaró to establish NPAW and Wuapi.com, as well as Wuaki.TV, later RakutenTV, in 2010. Vergés was previously a junior developer at Seidor, development manager at Sclipo, analyst programmer at Mango and senior consultant at Oracle. 

Trained in mass communications and media studies, Andreas Resha has held marketing and analyst roles in various industries. After graduating from Universitas Pelita Harapan, Indonesia, in 2009, Resha worked as an analyst for insurance company AIA, handling the bancassurance and direct telemarketing sections. He worked at AIA until 2015, leaving his position at the company’s Strategic Initiative Office to briefly work as CFO at a specialty coffee store in Bali. In 2016, he joined accounting software startup Jurnal as CFO for a year, and occupied the same role in financial products comparison website Cermati until early 2019. He then joined payments company OVO, where he met Abraham Viktor and Robin Tan. The three would work together to start their own F&B business, Hangry.

Hossein Jalali is the Iranian CTO and co-founder of Virtuleap, a Portugal-based cognition training and assessment VR startup, where he has worked since 2018. He was also simultaneously co-founder at Lisbon-based fitness search and discovery startup Flexpass, which was acquired by Urban Sports in 2018.He was previously co-founder at Dubai-based gaming startup Gameguise, the publishing arm of Edoramedia. Before this, Jalali spent six years as Head of Online at Dubai-based satellite TV company Al Aan. He holds an MBA in Business and Finance from the American University of Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates and a bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from Azad University in Tehran, Iran.

After graduating in economics and biotech at Harvard in 2009, Keller Rinaudo joined BCG in San Francisco but left to become a professional rock climber in November 2010. He has climbed alpine cliffs in France, underwater caves in Kentucky and the limestone towers of Yangshuo, China.In July 2011, Rinaudo became an entrepreneur, specializing robotics and drones, with over nine patents under his name. He founded Romotive that made inexpensive small robots using mobile phones as their computing system, machine vision system and wireless communication system.Romotive was pivoted into Zipline International in 2014 to design and manufacture make drones for the delivery of  critical medical supplies in remote parts of the world. 

Justin Gong graduated in business information systems at the University of Sydney Business School in 2010. He also has a master’s degree from Sydney Film School and Top Education Institute in Australia.While working at XAG, he attended a doctorate program jointly launched by Paris Dauphine University and Tsinghua University from 2017 to 2020. Gong joined XAG in September 2013, responsible for corporate strategy, overseas expansion and marketing.In October 2016, he founded XAIRCRAFT Academy to educate a new generation of farmers by providing them with online courses and offline training. In 2018, Gong was named in the Forbes China “30 Under 30” list. He now serves as VP and CMO at XAG.

Su Hua quit his PhD studies at China’s prestigious Tsinghua University. In 2006, he joined Google as an engineer working on ads search. In October 2008, he left Google and started over 33 projects but all failed.A year later, he joined Baidu and worked for over two years as a core engineer and team leader for its search engine marketing system Fengchao. He left Baidu to establish search engine startup One Box that was acquired by Alibaba.In June 2013, Su was introduced to Cheng Yixiao who had already founded GIF Kuaishou in 2011. They decided to join forces and pivot GIF Kuaishou into a video-sharing app, with Su as CEO and Cheng as CPO.

The founder of two companies, Veronika Linardi earned her bachelor’s in Advertising from the University of Texas at Austin, and her master’s in Strategic Digital Marketing and Management Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon. Her work experience includes the Indonesian subsidiary of Thai conglomerate Charoen Pokphand, CNN and Pricewaterhouse Coopers. Previous to Qerja, Veronika founded Linardi Associates, an executive recruitment agency.

Based in North Sumatra, Wiyono Sumono joined the co-founding team of Indonesian rewards and cashback app Paprika. In 2014, Wiyono and Kalvin Yap were majority shareholders in e-commerce startup Alikolo that later became defunct in April 2015. Both of them had also worked in the timber commodity business and were keen to invest in their own startup Paprika.

After graduating from Indonesia’s Institut Teknologi Bogor (ITB) with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Faris Rahman worked as a freelance app developer and project coordinator who built custom HR and accounting solutions for Indonesian companies. Faris also had a stint with multinational firm KBR Inc and started a short-lived venture, Travellist-tour. In 2016, he established computer vision startup Nodeflux.

Kevin An holds a dual bachelor’s degree in Economics and Accounting from Shanxi University of Finance and Economics. He took part in Amazon China's year-long Junior Leadership Development Program as an Area Manager Trainee at its operations center in Suzhou. In February 2015, An co-founded Sennotech in Shenzhen and has served as Channel Director ever since.

Margana Mohamad studied Management and Entrepreneurship at Universitas Padjadjaran, Indonesia, from 2010 to 2014. As a student, he had run his own Bandung-based bartending and kitchen consultancy, which he left in 2016 to join pharmaceutical giant GSK. Between 2017 and 2018, Margana was managing director at outsourcing firm Palu Business Services, after which he established gig marketplace startup Sampingan.

Jordi Romero is a co-founder and CEO of Spanish human resource startup Factorial. He is a computer science engineer who is a partner at Itnig, a Barcelona-based venture builder. Romero was previously CTO and VP for business development at Redbooth, a cloud-based SaaS project management tool that facilitates collaboration and communication between teams. 

Yang Guang studied Mathematics at the University of Waterloo from 2005 to 2010. He returned to China in 2010 and worked at Deloitte from 2010 to 2013, China eCapital Corporation from 2013 to 2015 and Meituan Dianping's strategic investment unit from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, he co-founded Waterdrop and is now the general manager of Waterdrop Insurance Mall.

Theodorus Budiyanto graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. After graduating in 2016, he joined data analytics company Splunk as a software engineer. In 2018, he returned to Indonesia to join university classmate Surya Halim and former teaching assistant Raymond Christopher to establish Delman, their own data wrangling and analytics company.
