Founder and CEO of Ziptango
A self-described late bloomer in entrepreneurship, Rusian Tejing was previously an electrical engineer who worked for Kyocera and Qualcomm. After almost nine years with Qualcomm as a product manager, he left in 2014 to focus on his custom-made exotic leather goods business Rusty Collections. In 2016, he founded Ziptango, a marketplace for pre-loved luxury goods. Rusian has a master’s and a bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from the San Diego State University and University of California, Davis, USA.

Self-styled “professional trash talker” Olivier Pouillon moved from the USA to Bali, Indonesia in 1994, set on a mission to solve the island’s trash problem. In 2011, after years of waste consultancy and NGO work, he founded Bali Recycling, a company that produces upcycled products and promotes “trash-to-cash” programs to locals. (The company has since been renamed KONO Green Living.) In 2014, he and interior designer Febriadi Pratama started an app-based trash collection service, which later became Gringgo.

At age 33, he won the Science and Technology Award for Chinese Youth and the Chinese Academy of Sciences Young Scientists Award.

As an undergraduate between 2012 and 2015, he interned at companies in the US and Indonesia, including Ernst & Young, Boston Consulting Group and PwC. After graduating in 2015, he worked at ARIS, an investment consulting firm based in California before returning to Indonesia in 2017 to establish Synergo, a human resources management software startup.

On his graduation in 2009, Hans worked as a quality assurance software engineer at Splunk, a data analytics and security software company. He returned to Indonesia in 2017 to join microlending startup JULO.

After graduation, he worked at software development firms Sqiva and Swifec Solusi Indonesia, developing database and reservation systems for corporate clients when at Sqiva. Ivhan became Andalin's co-founder in 2016, but remains an advisor to Swifec Indonesia. Ivhan graduated from Universitas Bina Nusantara, Indonesia in 2010 with a bachelor's degree in Information Systems.

While studying for her master's at UESTC in 2016, she founded a robotics startup. Huang and her team developed a badminton robot that played against Premier Li Keqiang and also won the Best Innovative Robotic Technology Award at the 2016 World Robotics Conference. In 2017, she was nominated for University Student of the Year by China Campus magazine.

Rocha also worked as an Investment Officer at NU-RISE, a medtech startup also based at IERA. He is an avid adventure sports fan, which was one of his inspirations for developing YouClap.

He was previously a Product Director at Qeon Interactive, an online gaming company, and ran a gaming center called Xzis Gaming Village in Jakarta.
