Zhang Wei co-founded Shiheng Tech in 2017. The COO of Shiheng had worked at Tesco (China) from 2005 to 2015. He started his career with the supermarket chain as a purchasing assistant for home appliances and climbed up the ladder to become Tesco's purchasing director. In 2015, he founded the sports community and e-commerce platform COSPO. 

An alumnus of the University Institute of Lisbon, Jorge Correia majored in Management and received his master’s in Business Administration in 2011. After graduating, Correia went on to work as an operations analyst and then a controller at B2B2C mail operator Adicional Logistics. In 2013, he co-founded 360imprimir, a printing B2B marketplace, where he works as CFO.

Jiang Zhen is a former university lecturer and senior executive in logistics.

He received his bachelor’s from the South China University of Technology in 1999. In 2004, he co-founded Chinese mobile internet software and services provider UCWeb. In 2014, He both founded and invested in Xpeng Motors (short for Xiaopeng Motors). After UCWeb was acquired by Alibaba in 2014, he served as president of UCWeb and of the Alibaba Mobile Business Group, chairman of Ali Games and president of Tudou successively. In August 2017, he left Alibaba to join Xpeng Motors full-time as chairman.

Jorge López Sánchez is a co-founder of railway consultancy firm SigmaRail. Focused on the railway sector since the beginning his career, he started as an intern at railway technology R&D center CITEF. He was later Alstom's automatic train control leader until 2011 and NSW's technical manager until 2016. López holds a first degree in Industrial and Mechanical Engineering and a PhD in Electromagnetic Compatibility, both from the Polytechnic University of Madrid. He also holds a degree in the design and set up of solar-powered facilities from the Censolar professional training center in Seville.   

UK-born serial entrepreneur Edward Hamilton founded his first tech startup, Lavalocker, in Barcelona in 2013 to provide on-demand laundry and dry-cleaning services. He later built on the smart-locker technology to establish Mayordomo that launched Smart Point in 2016, a digital vending system with smart lockers to offer personal shopping, delivery and pickups for over 200 categories of goods and services. Hamilton graduated in Business Administration from Berkeley, University of California in 2000. He worked for almost four years at WP Carey & Co in New York specializing in investments and acquisitions. In March 2006, he moved to London to work as a real estate equity investment manager at Barclay’s Capital. In 2010, he went to Spain to work as a Green Bean business coach for SMEs based in Barcelona. His latest venture is Droppo, which he co-founded in 2019. Based in Barcelona, Droppo is a zero-emission electric last-mile logistics transport network.

Chen Chen is an expert in artificial heart development. After graduating from Tsinghua University with a major in Thermal Engineering in 1984, he switched to study Biomechanics in Sichuan University and received a doctorate in 1991.He lectured at Nanjing University from 1991 to 1996 before going to Japan to continue his research on artificial heart technology and development. He was a visiting scholar at the University of Tokyo for one year until 1997.In 1999, Chen was headhunted and joined a US startup to work on developing an artificial heart (LVAD) product Levacor. The startup was later acquired by World Heart Corporation and Chen became its chief engineer. World Heart decided to shut down the program in 2006 because the product was too big to be placed inside a human chest.Chen went back to China in 2007 to found CH Biomedical to build a smaller LVAD device.

Haitong Kaiyuan Investment is the wholly owned private equity investment firm by Haiting Securities in 2008. It focuses on new energy, new material, biotechnology, IT, communication and advanced manufacturing sectors.

His main interest is in productivity software across market segments, as well as cybersecurity. He is also a billionaire investor, with much of his wealth coming from being the first angel investor in Google. Since then, he has been an occasional investor in startups, with his most recent disclosed investments occurring in 2020 when he invested in two companies. He has also participated in the $22m Series A round of US email security company Material Security and in the $21m Series A round of AI customer service platform Cresta.
