Co-Founder and CEO of Gadjian
Nanyang Technological University of Singapore MBA graduate Afia Fitriati holds a bachelor’s in Marketing from Syracuse University, USA. Post-MBA, she held various roles in different companies, including as an editor at Aquila Magazine and a lecturer in Islamic Marketing at Paramadina University. She co-founded FAST8, a human resources tech company, in 2008 with her husband, Else Fernanda. They also founded Gadjian, an HR management SaaS startup. Currently, Afia is also a senior associate in the Halal Lifestyle Market at DinarStandard, a growth strategy research and advisory firm.

Alvin Evander Subagyo graduated with a bachelor’s in Information Technology and Systems from Monash University, Australia. He returned to Indonesia after graduating to work at Verena Multi Finance as an assistant to the marketing director. In 2014, he co-founded a social media voting startup Votinc, with Markus Liman Rahardja whom he met at Verena Multi Finance. Votinc only ran for a year and the two friends later created Zelos with Chris Winston while they working together at a dining event project.

Michael Saputra is best known for establishing the successful food ordering website Klik-Eat with co-founder Willy Haryanto. Uribe-Etxebarria attended MIT Sloan Management School and Harvard Business School where he specialized in Electronic Engineering, Entrepreneurship Development and Innovation and Digital Marketing. He is currently working toward his master’s in Architecture.

Michael and other team members spent over 54 hours developing the idea for a farm-to-table online marketplace. The team won the runner-up prize, and the business idea was further developed into TaniHub.Michael graduated in 2016 and decided to focus on building TaniHub full-time. In 2017, the TaniHub team also launched the agri-focused P2P lending platform TaniFund, expanding TaniHub into the TaniGroup.
