Co-founder and Lead Engineer of Jala
Farid Inawan is an Electrical Engineering graduate from Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia. He joined aerospace company PT Dirgantara Indonesia after graduating in 2014, but left after one year to join UGM alumni to set up Atnic that later developed Jala for fish and shrimp farms. Farid is the lead electrical engineer at Atnic.

Aryo Wiryawan is a serial entrepreneur who was already working as a director at PT Prima Citra Informatika before graduating from Universitas Islam Indonesia in 2004. However, he left the IT services company in 2007 to start various ventures, including a restaurant, a photography business and a land rehabilitation firm PT Indmira.Aryo had also acquired some shrimp farming experience since 2001 and started using Indmira as a vehicle to collaborate with Atnic to develop IoT sensors for shrimp farms. Indmira and Atnic eventually created and launched Jala in late 2015.

As a graduate in Biomedical Engineering from Southeast University as well as Clinical Medicine from Nanjing Medical University, Chai Xueting has always been aware of the issues plaguing the traditional medical imaging system. The exorbitant cost of archiving past records and the lack of a comprehensive medical image sharing system between hospitals for a fully effective diagnosis have long raised concerns in his mind. But it was while taking his young daughter to the hospital for a health checkup, personally experiencing these issues, that Chai became ever more determined to build a cloud-based medical system – hence his founding of Eimageglobal. In 2017, Chai won the “Young Tech Giant” Award by Zhejiang Entrepreneur Committee.

Hanna Keraf’s career reflects her focus on helping underserved communities in her birthplace Flores, Indonesia. After earning a bachelor’s in Business Administration at Japan’s Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University, she worked for NGO Swisscontact, that encourages economic development by supporting local businesses. While still in high school, he ran an Internet cafe and maintained his school’s web server. In 2013, he became the founder and CEO of MetroWorld Host, a web hosting rental services platform. In 2015 he co-founded another web hosting business, IDCloudHost.Alfian is currently reading a Computer Science degree at Telkom University, Indonesia. In 2017, he also became a certified EC-Council instructor and took on additional roles as MD of PT Siber Sekurindo Teknologi and Deputy CTO of PT Tekkon Terra Techno.
