Co-founder and CEO of Attentive
Daniel Araújo first became interested in startups while earning his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management at Católica Porto Business School. He went on to earn his master’s in International Business Development from the American Business School in Paris. After five years working in research and analytics at Google UK and Ireland, Araújo returned to Portugal to launch startup Attentive in 2015. He also co-founded online Portuguese startup and events directory NovaWeb with his brother Pedro while at Google. Araújo is also a mentor at the accelerator Techstars and a Global Shaper for the World Economic Forum's Lisbon Hub.

Founding CTO of US car sharing platform Zipcar, Roy Russell received his bachelor's in Computer Engineering at MIT. Before Zipcar, he was in charge of speech recognition software development at Kurzweil AI and Lernout & Hauspie. He has served as co-founder and CTO of Veniam since 2013. Russell is married to Robin Chase, co-founder and executive chairman of Veniam and co-founder of Zipcar. Starting in 2010, Russell served as CTO of French car sharing startup Buzzcar (since merged with Drivy). Starting in 2007, he was CTO at US consultancy Meadow Networks and rideshare startup GoLoco. He is based in Boston.

Prior to Impress, Lupenko served for over eight years as COO and CFO of Aquaton, a bathroom furniture plant and a subsidiary of the ROCA Group. She also worked in the Transaction Service Group in KPMG, managing financial due diligence of over 100 targets, pre-sale preparation of vendors, and restructuring, amongst other tasks.
