Co-founder and CEO of TADO
Prior to co-founding interactive video platform TADO, Steven Koesno worked as a senior investment officer at the Indonesia-focused Kejora Ventures. He had begun his career in 2014 at consultancy firm Accenture as a business analyst, leaving in August the following year to join Kejora. Steven graduated from an international double degree program at Universitas Indonesia, earning a Bachelor of Economics degree from the Indonesian university and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Melbourne, Australia.

Benny Fajarai is a serial entrepreneur in the creative industry. He co-founded a digital media agency Cactus Project while reading a Computer Science degree at Universitas Bina Nusantara in Indonesia. The agency’s clientele included cigarette firm Sampoerna and Adam Khoo Learning Technology. However, he exited Cactus Project in 2012 and co-founded Kreavi, a network and showcase platform for creative industry professionals. He was the CEO for almost three years before selling Kreavi to set up Qlapa in 2015.

The Index Project, known by its motto “Design to Improve Life”, is a Copenhagen-based non-profit organization under the patronage of the Crown Prince and Princess of Denmark and supported by the Danish Ministry of Business and Growth.Founded in 2002, The Index Project organizes the biennial Index Award, one of the world's biggest design award. Domenico Tukiman is a Business Administration graduate from the University of Southern California, USA. As an undergraduate between 2012 and 2015, he interned at companies in the US and Indonesia, including Ernst & Young, Boston Consulting Group and PwC. After graduating in 2015, he worked at ARIS, an investment consulting firm based in California before returning to Indonesia in 2017 to establish Synergo, a human resources management software startup.

Prior to studying for an MBA at INSEAD in Singapore, Edward worked as a consultant at Arghajata Consulting and then as a project manager at boutique corporate advisory firm AJCapital Advisory. At INSEAD, Edward met Cicil co-founder Leslie Lim.

Co-founder, CEO and CFO of Growpal
Ahmad Rizqy Akbar is the CEO and CFO of Growpal, an investment crowdfunding platform for aquaculture and fishery projects. A graduate of Aquaculture studies from Indonesia’s Universitas Brawijaya, he has run his own fish and shrimp farm and had worked at Pertamina Dana Ventura, a venture capital fund owned by national oil and gas firm Pertamina. In 2017, he joined fellow Brawijaya graduate Paundra Noorbaskoro to establish Growpal.
Ahmad Rizqy Akbar is the CEO and CFO of Growpal, an investment crowdfunding platform for aquaculture and fishery projects. She was also vice president at Bakrie Telecom between 2012 and 2015. Rini graduated from the University of Indonesia with a bachelor's degree in Anthropology.
