Yago Arbeloa is a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience founding internet and advertising companies in Spain.Arbeloa is president of MIOGROUP, a marketing and advertising group with yearly turnover of more than €50m. He is also president of the Internet Investors and Entrepreneurs Association. Through Viriditas Ventures, his investment vehicle, Arbeloa has backed tech startups such as We are Knitters, Rentuos, Baluwo, iContainers and Reclamador.es.

It is also a global provider of specialized transportation and logistics services. UPS serves more than 220 countries and territories worldwide. In 2018, the company generated US$71.8bn in revenue and had a net income of about US$4.8bn with 481,000 employees. It invests in transportation-related companies.

Founded in October 1962, Mando Corporation is a South Korean automotive parts manufacturer. It supplies many automobile manufacturers worldwide, including General Motors, Volkswagen, Chrysler, Ford, Nissan, Hyundai, Kia, Suzuki and Chevrolet. With more than 11,000 staff, Mando Corporation produces 4m automotive parts per year, generating annual sales of US$4.74bn in 2018. The company was listed on the Korea Stock Exchange in May 2010; its controlling shareholder is Halla Holdings Corp.

Farben Consulting is a Portuguese real estate investor and consultancy based in Torres Novas and established in 1996. It has no website and has not disclosed any information about its business. In 2014 and 2015, Farben invested €1.5m for an equity stake of 98% in CoolFarm. The agtech became insolvent in October 2018 when Farben decided to stop supporting the startup due to lack of sales and market potential for B2B indoor farming solutions.

AddVenture is a Russian VC fund investing internationally. The firm has US$120m under management, participating in funding rounds with an investment range between US$1m and US$10m. The firm’s portfolio comprises 23 investments and five exits.AddVenture's investment criteria focus on local services, marketplaces, SaaS, food-tech and health-tech startups.

Zriser Group is a Valencia-based family office fund started in 2007 by Ana and Pablo Serratosa Luján as a way to diversify their family investment strategy. The decision led to a diversified asset management scheme previously based on corporate acquisitions, then to a diversified portfolio of business and real estate investments.The firm has invested to date in eight tech-startups in the Spanish ecosystem.

Jeroen Merchiers is a Belgian executive based in Barcelona. He has led Airbnb EMEA expansion over the past six years and he is currently Managing Director for Airbnb in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. A commercial engineer and executive MBA from the IESE Business School, Merchiers has over 10 years' experience in management consulting for international manufacturing and supply chain companies. He was COO at Groupalia He’s also an active angel investor. Standouts in his startup portfolio include: 21Buttons, Mr. Jeff and Trip4Real (sold to Airbnb). 

Albert Armengol is the CEO and co-founder of Doctoralia, an online platform for searching and booking medical assistance. He is also the founder of eConozco (sold to XING AG).Armengol has a healthcare and business background and developed his professional career in the healthcare and insurance sector. He later moved to technology and internet startups as an entrepreneur and angel investor.

Kim Jung is a South Korean businessman and the man behind Nexon, Korea's largest gaming company. He is Chairman and CEO of NXC Corporation, Nexon’s holding company. NXC diversified into cryptocurrency and holds 83% of Korbit, a Seoul-based exchange.In 2016, Kim was accused of bribery, having favoured a prosecutor who was his university friend. Although he was found not guilty due to lack of evidence, Kim resigned as a director of Nexon.Kim is also partner at Collaborative Fund, a New York-based VC firm.

Point72 Ventures is the investment arm of US financial group Point 72, established in 2016 in New York. Its principal interests are Fintech, Enterprise technology and A.I. It currently manages 39 companies in its portfolio and has managed the exit of another company, enterprise tech Apprente. Its recent investments include leading multilingual AI-driven translation platform Unbabel's US$60m Series C round, as well as leading the US$42m Series B investment round of Mexican fintech Creditjusto.

Greycroft is a New York-based VC, established in 2006, that currently has 113 companies in its portfolio. It has interests in multiple sectors but a preference for A.I. and Big Data technologies underpinning them.  It has managed 35 exits to date including Farfetch and Huffington Post. Its recent investments include in the US$60m Series C financing round of multilingual AI-driven translation platform Unbabel and in the US$22m Series A round of Kheiron, a breast cancer-detecting health tech. 

Structure Capital is San Francisco-based VC, established in 2013, that only invests in carbon-neutral startups. It has a special interest in A.I. and Big Data-based entities and currently manages a portfolio with 76 international startups. It has managed 13 exits to date, including Jobr and Guest Driven. ts recent investments include in the US$60m Series C financing round of multilingual AI-driven translation platform Unbabel and in the US$225m Series D round of accommodation platform and unicorn, Sonder. 

IGF is a crowdfunding platform for impact investing in Asia. It aims to partner with innovative, high-impact enterprises in need of capital to scale their businesses and, as a result, be of value to society and the environment. The fund seeks to mobilize its US$50m in investment capital to deliver affordable healthcare, cut CO2 emissions, help more than 2m people gain access to clean energy and empower women. IGF's investments range in size from US$250,000 to US$5m, and primarily take the form of equity or quasi-equity. All its investments include pre-agreed social or environmental impact targets.

Co-founder of investment and consultancy firm SYSTEMIQ Jeremy Oppenheim invests individually in early-stage cleantech and agritech ventures. He used to be a senior partner at global consultancy McKinsey, where he worked extensively with multilateral development banks, the United Nations and developing nations' governments to set up resource-sustainability projects. From 2013-14, Oppenheim was the program director of the New Climate Economy project, an initiative of the Global Commission on Economy and Climate that identified practical actions and policy options to maximize opportunities associated with climate change. The experience helped propel him into cleantech and agtech investing.
