Co-founder, CTO of UTW (Unmanned Technical Works)
Jesus Cano is currently working as a senior engineer at Spanish aerospace manufacturer ITD, with over 20 years of experience in project management, electrical engineering and other roles including the design of Airbus 380 and other aircraft in the UK. Besides the ITD projects with BAE systems, he was also based in France for over three years as a senior design engineer in Toulouse. The aeronautical engineer from Madrid's Polytechnic University became the co-founder and CTO of Unmanned Technical Works (UTW) in 2015. Founding CTO of US car sharing platform Zipcar, Roy Russell received his bachelor's in Computer Engineering at MIT. Before Zipcar, he was in charge of speech recognition software development at Kurzweil AI and Lernout & Hauspie. He has served as co-founder and CTO of Veniam since 2013. Russell is married to Robin Chase, co-founder and executive chairman of Veniam and co-founder of Zipcar. Starting in 2010, Russell served as CTO of French car sharing startup Buzzcar (since merged with Drivy). Starting in 2007, he was CTO at US consultancy Meadow Networks and rideshare startup GoLoco. He is based in Boston.

Originally from Spain, Noelia Novella worked at Jazztel in 2002, after completing a course in HR management at Catalunya's Vic University and an online Business Administration degree at UNED. The IT recruiter worked at Glotel in Brussels for over two years before joining Regus. She left Regus in 2011 and became the founder of online job agency Curriculate in Spain until 2014. She has also worked in Poland and the Czech Republic while traveling with her spouse Nuno Rodrigues. Miquel Montero, founder and former CEO of Atomian and its current CTO, is an industrial engineering graduate from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. Zhou Ying graduated in 1993 with a BSc Thermal Engineering and Computer Applications from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology.He has over 20 years of experience in hardware development and has been working as a senior product manager at Haier since October 2014.
