Kaesang Pangarep is a vlogger and serial entrepreneur who first became famous through his YouTube vlogs, which sometimes involved his father, Indonesian president Joko Widodo. Kaesang had previously run his own fried banana business, Sang Pisang, before establishing home chef meal service Madhang in 2017, where he is chief marketing officer. Kaesang is concurrently the CEO of SKI Capital Partners, which provides funding to F&B startups and is a fourth year marketing student at the Singapore University of Social Sciences.

Tyler Skelton is the CPO and co-founder of pioneering circular economy B2B asset reuse platform Rheaply, where he has worked full-time since 2016. Before that, he worked at online mortgage company Guaranteed Rate as a senior designer.  He has also worked as a designer or tech engineer in several other Chicago-based startups including Palantir.net, The Nines and Analyte Health. Skelton also worked in marketing and design early in his career. He hold’s a Bachelors degree in Telecommunications: Design and Production from Indiana University Bloomington. 

Established in 1995 by Sean O'Sullivan, SOSV is a venture capital firm with six attached accelerator programs. Upon receiving investment from SOSV, portfolio companies join one of the accelerator programs that best suits their products. The accelerators are: Chinaccelerator, focused on the Chinese market; Indie Bio, supporting biotechnology and life sciences companies; Food-X, for food-tech and agriculture-focused companies; dlab, which supports startups exploring blockchain and decentralized tech; HAX, for IoT, robotics and other hardware-focused startups; and MOX, an accelerator specializing in mobile platforms and technologies. SOSV, along with the O'Sullivan Foundation, has also provided support for education initiatives such as Khan Academy and CoderDojo (which teaches coding skills to youth).

Founded in 2014, EVERVC is a platform for startups and investors to seek financing and investing opportunities. As of 4Q2015, EVERVC had helped 170 startups to get investment of over RMB 900 million. It has invested in 40 startups, about 16 of which have received follow-up investment from prominent investors such as Matrix Partners China, NewMargin Capital, JD.com and Zhonglu VC.

Based in Amsterdam, BC Begin Capital Limited was established in April 2019 by Alexey Menn as managing partner in Moscow. The VC has invested in five startups. In 2019, it invested in e-grocery food delivery service Samokat that was acquired by Mail.Ru Group.In February 2020, the international firm was lead investor for Finnish fashion marketplace Zadaa, raising €3.5m for its Series A round. Both Begin Capital and Bulgaria’s BrightCap Ventures were lead investors for Woom, raising €2m in May. The two investments are the biggest so far, compared to previous fundraisers for startups like Bulbshare in March 2020.

Jose Luis Vega de Seoane graduated in 2012 as a software engineer from the Complutense University of Madrid. He has also completed a global management program at IESE Business School.In 2013, he co-founded video games developer Upplication as CEO. The mobile app maker was sold in 2017 to Mobusi, a leading digital marketing company. He left Upplication in 2018 and became a digital strategy advisor at the Spanish Institute for Foreign Trade (ICEX).In 2018, he co-founded Capaball as COO. He is also a mentor at Conector Startup accelerator and a board member of IBECOSOL. In 2020, the serial entrepreneur has founded two new startups: Heris, a platform to cure patients affected by aphasia and a digital marketing agency Trevol.

Álvaro Ortiz is a business angel with over 15 years of experience in the fields of User Experience, E-commerce, Communities, Online Marketing, Front-end development and Project Management.He founded Mumumío, an e-commerce platform that sold quality food directly from producers. Ortiz is currently the CEO and founder of Populate, a startup that builds tools and platforms for civic engagement.Besides being an internet expert and a founder of several startups, he has also been involved in fundraising for other startups.

Established in 2015, Innohub Capital offers comprehensive services for early-stage startups, including incubation, entrepreneurial training, marketing, etc. It operates incubators and manages funds that focus on seed funding in China, New Zealand and Australia. Innohub Capital has created the world's first service platform for startups operating an O2O model. Founder and Chairman Xu Hongbo is an expert in mobile internet and an evangelist of blockchain in China. Innohub Capital has invested in more than 60 companies so far.

Established in 2015, Olisipo Way is a Portuguese investor that funds early-stage investment in Portuguese tech and non-tech startups with a potential for international expansion acros all market verticals. It currently has 26 startups in its portfolio and recent investments include in the €125,000 pre-seed and €1.1m first phase seed round of healthy food service EatTasty. It has also invested in the €350,000 pre-seed round of revenue management for traveltech Climber and in the US$725,000 pre-seed round of adtech advertio.

The Gassó family is a Spanish entreprenurial family known for its GAES auditive solutions and centers for the hearing-impaired, in existence since 1949. Though the family has many charitable interests, it had not disclosed any investments in tech startups until leading the 2019 seed round of biotech startup VEnvirotech, which produces bioplastics from corporates’ organic waste.

Toutiao is a mobile news aggregation platform. It has invested in over 30 startups for financial and strategic reasons. Because Toutiao requires a lot of content, it has invested heavily in content-based startups such as AI Era, Kuaikan, etc. It also invests in social media platforms and similar content providers, e.g., Dailyhunt.in, Flipagram and Musical.ly. 

Calling himself a serial entrepreneur, Edy Sulistyo has created and sold three tech startups. Founded in 2009, the event management platform eEvent was sold to US-based EnvisionPoint in 2013. Revenues were mainly earned from events held in USA. He also sold OW.com to Telepathy Inc and Kamus.net to Stand4 LLC. Other internet companies he built included FilesUpload, guestHub, Parking-Hub and CircleMail.Edy graduated in 2006 with a bachelor’s in Computer Science Engineering at the Ohio State University. He is also the managing director of S3 Tech Alliance, a startup incubator in Ohio, USA.

With over 15 years of experience in the financial services, CFA professional Unai Ansejo Barra is a fixed-income fund manager at a government employees’ pension fund Itzarri EPSV. He is also a lecturer in risk management at the University of Basque Country, with a PhD in Finance and a Physics degree from the same university.He entered the tech scene in 2014 as co-founder and CEO of Bewa7er, an online platform to promote the economic rights of startups. He also co-founded the automated investment manager platform Indexa Capital in 2015.

Francisco Mendes is the CTO, Head of Innovation and co-founder of BEEVERYCREATIVE, the innovative 3D printer and software producer in Portugal. In 2010, he co-founded the startup's preliminary project bitBOX that was transformed into BEEVERYCREATIVE in 2013.Mendes is also a co-founder of Hardware City, a community of entrepreneurs that links hardware startups to manufacturers. He has worked in R&D at Tellus Mater and Milenio 3 in Portugal. He has a master's in Industrial Automation from the University of Aveiro in Portugal.

Cornell and Stanford-educated Fulbright scholar João Barros is a professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Porto and teaches in the MBA program at the Porto Business School. He has also held visiting appointments at MIT and Carnegie Mellon. He has co-founded two startups, Streambolico and Veniam, of which he is also CEO. Between 2009 and 2012, Barros served as National Director of the Carnegie Mellon Portugal Program, a five-year international partnership funded by the Portuguese Foundation of Science and Technology. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from Munich's Technical University.
