Founded in 2017, Starlight Ventures is a venture capital firm based in Miami, Florida. Investing mainly in US-based startups, the VC currently has 29 startups in its portfolio including enterprises involved in alternative energy, carbon reduction or replacement and alt-proteins sectors. Central Washington University graduate Afi Integritya has worked in the USA and in the UK in various roles, ranging from marketing executive to student ambassador. She returned to Indonesia in 2015 and joined Tokopedia to work in business development. She left a few months later to co-found Konsaato, a crowdfunding site for music concerts that was rebranded as Konserku. However, after working one year as the startup’s CMO, she left to work independently as a freelance content writer and social media manager.

Muhammad Senoyodha Brennaf has been building businesses since his time as a computer science and information engineering undergraduate at Inha University, South Korea.  Between 2010 and 2014, he sold SIM cards and cellphones to foreigners, while being engaged in an export-import business. In 2015, Senoyodha pursued a master's in Advanced Computer Science at Manchester University, UK before returning to Indonesia a year later to establish Astrajingga, the app development startup behind travel listing platform Halal Local.

Fang Shihun is a serial entrepreneur who graduated with a BSc Applied Mathematics at Emory University in 2014. He founded Shanghai-based Pingyuan App-Ark Education Consulting and became its president from 2009 to January 2015. He also co-founded Shanghai Sanxin Investment Ltd in February 2015 and founded Puyang Food in July the same year. Shiheng Tech was founded in April 2017. Based in Shanghai, he is now the CEO at Puyang Food and Shiheng Tech.  

Founded in 2014, River VC focuses on early-stage investment in startups in the internet, consumer, smart hardware and big health sectors. 

Baotuan was founded by Tap4fun and focuses on mobile games. It provides up to RMB 2 million to each startup it invests in.

Jim Rogers is an American businessman, investor, financial commentator and author based in Singapore. He invests primarily in the secondary market.

Former partner, Mount Venture Capital; vice president, Power Capital. The economics graduate from Jiangsu University is an avid backpacker and certified tour guide. A serial entrepreneur too (with previous startups in bicycle rental, education and training, e-commerce, F&B).

Universidade Nova de Lisboa graduate João Caxaria is a seasoned software engineer, having developed software at Inosat, Checkfree, Focus Business Solution, Feel Fine Games, 6PM Holdings PLC and Infusion. Before co-founding Codacy, Caxaria co-founded web and mobile application development company Imaginary Cloud.

Mount Venture Capital is an early-stage investment firm focusing on the mobile Internet, consumer Internet, big data, and cloud computing sectors.

Raynalfie Budhy Rahardjo graduated in 2014 with an Engineering degree from Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia. He also has an MBA from UGM. He was also an assistant trainer for a program run by the university and Schneider Electric.Raynalfie and several UGM graduates established Atnic, a small venture firm to develop customized electronic gadgets.  Their encounter with entrepreneur and veteran shrimp farmer Aryo Wiryawan led them to develop a water quality sensor for shrimp farms, later branded as Jala.

US-trained veteran software engineer Oby Sumampouw has worked at LinkedIn, Oracle and Google. He holds a master’s in Computer Science from Stanford University. Oby was living in the United States for 13 years before he decided to return to Indonesia and start Cermati.

China's largest seed fund, ZhenFund was set up in 2011 by Xu Xiaoping (Bob Xu), Wang Qiang (Victor Wang) and Sequoia Capital China. The original ZhenFund (or ZhenFund 1.0) was founded in 2006 when Xu began investing as an angel investor, after the New Oriental Education & Technology Group he co-founded went public on NYSE. ZhenFund's notable investments include Jumei, Jiayuan, LightInTheBox, Miyabaobei, Meicai and 17zuoye, among the more than 300 startups it has betted on.

Born in 1972, Wang started out in finance in 1992 at Xiangcai Securities, where she was employed in multiple capacities. She founded Noah Wealth Management in 2005 and has served as chairperson and CEO ever since. In 2010, Noah became China's first wealth management firm to go public in the US. Wang holds an EMBA from China Europe International Business School.
