Itnig was formed in Barcelona in 2011 as an independent and private initiative of a serial-entrepreneurs and tech-enthusiast group.Headquartered in 22@, the tech district of Barcelona, the company offers startup mentoring and services including accounting, business and software development, legal and human resources. Itnig acts as a startup builder, counting on a network of more than 160 people and over 70 investors. He also joined NERLEI as a board director in 2018, after serving seven years as director and VP of ACEPI.After completing his degree in Economics at the University of Coimbra in 1992, Pinto has worked as country manager of Vertbaudet Portugal for over six years before becoming an international director for the brand at other European countries. In 2007, he left to become the general manager of Redcats until 2013.

Gan is best known for being the 67th employee of Alibaba and the former COO of Meituan-Dianping. Before joining Alibaba in 1999, Gan had worked at a state-owned coal trading enterprise for five years. At Alibaba, he served in multiple roles, including as director of online operation, director of marketing, regional manager and vice president. Gan left Alibaba to become COO of Meituan in 2011. In 2016, he was named the first president of Meituan-Dianping's Internet Plus University, which was founded to train company employees. Gan resigned from Meituan-Dianping in 2017 to join Hillhouse Capital as managing partner.

Scottish Enterprise, a public arm of the Scottish Government, facilitates investments and economic growth of businesses in the eastern, central, and southern areas of Scotland. Led by Chairman Bob Keiller, Scottish Enterprise fulfills the objectives of the Scottish Government. It employs 1,100 staff across 14 offices in the UK and 33 overseas.Founded in 1975 as the Scottish Development Agency (SDA), it changed into Scottish Enterprise in 1991. Its operative structure was initially formed by Local Enterprise Companies (LECs) with boards led by local entrepreneurs. Since 2000, former limited companies have become wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Scottish Enterprise.Based on its performance report for 2017–2018, Scottish Enterprise has helped portfolio companies with £315m in R&D funds and secured capital investment of £215m.

Founded in 2014, EVERVC is a platform for startups and investors to seek financing and investing opportunities. As of 4Q2015, EVERVC had helped 170 startups to get investment of over RMB 900 million. It has invested in 40 startups, about 16 of which have received follow-up investment from prominent investors such as Matrix Partners China, NewMargin Capital, JD.com and Zhonglu VC.

WPS is a subsidiary of Kingsoft Corporation, one of the first Internet services and software companies in China. With over 900 employees, WPS has offices in mainland China, Hong Kong and the US.

Zhongke Turing (CASTuring) was jointly set up by the Chinese Academy of Sciences’ Institution of Computing Technology, the Beijing Municipal Science & Technology Commission and private VC firms, including Pioneer Investment, in 2019. Partner of Zhenfund, Wang Qiang (b.1962) co-founded this TMT-focused seed fund with his longtime friend and partner Xu Xiaoping, in collaboration with Sequoia Capital China, in 2011. The angel investor also co-founded NYSE-listed New Oriental Education & Technology Group, where he was executive vice president in charge of teaching and training at Beijing New Oriental School, and Industry vice-president and group chairman. A leading specialist in English-language education in China, Wang has lectured at the English department of Peking University and served as senior consultant to the English channel of China National Radio. He majored in English language and literature at Peking University and holds a master's degree in computer science from the State University of New York. Wang is a lover and collector of antiquarian books.

British Oxford-educated engineer William Reeve is a serial investor and entrepreneur who built two successful businesses Fletcher Research and LOVEFiLM.com from scratch and led them to successful exits.  He is currently Chairman of online investment management platform Nutmeg.com, CEO of proptech accelerator Goodlord and Non-Executive Director of Dunhelm Soft Furnishings. He was also Co-CEO and Chairman at grocery delivery company Hubbub.co.uk and was Non-Executive Chairman at healthy snack startup Graze.com. He was Head of Operations at Paddy Power betting agency, Managing Director of Oxalyst Systems and has been a non-executive director at a host of online platforms including Secret Escapes, Zoopla! and DealChecker.co.uk. 

The World Wildlife Fund (WWF) is an international NGO operating across over 100 countries with projects initially focused on the protection of endangered species, which later expanded into other areas like the preservation of biological diversity, protection of natural resources, and the mitigation of climate change. It is considered the world's largest conservation organization, working with a network of different NGOs, governments, scientists, companies, local communities, investment banks, fishermen and farmers. The WWF was founded in 1961 and 55% of its funding comes from individuals and bequests, 19% from government sources, and 8% from corporations. With more than $1bn in investment capital, WWF has supported more than 12,000 conservation initiatives with over 5m supporters worldwide. The institution has been often criticized for not campaigning objectively because of its strong ties with multinational corporations such as Coca-Cola, Lafarge, and IKEA. In 2019 the institution reported 4% of its total operating revenue coming from corporations. 

He Chang (b. 1982) is the founder of the popular Huang Taiji, an internet venture specializing in traditional Chinese breakfast fare and food delivery. He studied design in Denmark and worked at Google China, Baidu and leading online travel booking company Qunar. He believes that the success of a startup depends on three criteria: the founder’s abilities and experience, the strength of the founding team, and the third, which is also the most important, societal trends.

Founded in 2014 by Cao Yi, formerly of Sequoia Capital and Ceyuan Ventures, Source Code Capital currently manages about US$500 million of capital, focusing on early-stage TMT (especially fintech, O2O, e-commerce) investments. Notable investments have included Qufenqi, Meituan, and PPzuche. Source Code Capital is part of the Sequoia Capital China.
