Han used to be in charge of marketing at car services provider Autohome. In 2009, she joined designer menswear e-retailer Masa Maso as its marketing director. In 2012, Han became CMO of online cosmetics retailer Lefeng.com. Several months later, she and her husband co-founded Wolonge.com, an online community for employees to write reviews about their employers. By late 2012, the website had over 1 million users, but it ultimately failed. In March 2016, Han founded Huajuan Mall.

Angga Tirta is a seasoned executive who has filled various management roles for over a decade. After graduating from Institut Teknologi Bandung with a bachelor's in Business and Management, Angga worked briefly at his alma mater as a tutor. In 2008, he joined mining firm Atamimi, rising through the ranks to eventually become Assistant Vice President in 2012, a position he held for five years. Prior to joining BuddyGuard as a consultant, Angga was also with creative agency Akaraya, where he continues to be its human resource manager.

James Wiryadi graduated in 2014 from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. The chemical engineer went on to read a master's in Real Estate at New York University.He gained work experience in finance through internships at OCBC, PwC and other financial advisory firms before returning to Indonesia in 2017. In 2018, he became an analyst at CapitaLand Indonesia, a local branch of the Singapore real estate developer. In June 2019, he left CapitaLand to focus on building the new equity crowdfunding platform CrowdDana.

Javier de Oca co-founded IOMED Medical Solutions, which facilitates data extraction from electronic health records, which he heads as CEO since 2016. He is also a mentor at the LEILAT Technological Center, a sustainability research institution. George Sumantri was born into a 60-year old family jewelry business. A graduate from Universitas Tarumanegara in Jakarta, George decided that the jewelry business was in his blood. Armed with a professional accreditation in Diamonds and Colored Stones Grading from the Gemological Institute of America, he finally realized his dream of owning a jewelry business, PT Orori Indonesia, in 2002. He launched Orori’s online store in 2006, the first online jewelry store in Indonesia. Encouraged by the success of the online business, he closed down all of the Orori offline stores in 2012 to become a fully online business.
