Since 2005, Hemat Dwi Nuryanto has been the CEO and Chairman of Zamrud Technology, an Indonesian software development firm. Hemat co-founded SVARA in 2017 as a spin-off of Zamrud; SVARTA develops apps and services for consumers and radio stations while managing the radio broadcast management software previously developed at Zamrud. From 1988 to 1992, Hemat studied at Université Paul Sabatier, France, where he earned bachelor's and master's degree in Mechanics and a master's in Energy Systems.

Born in 1987, Wu became so obsessed with the game Counter-Strike as a high school student his family sent him to Canada to focus on his studies. He received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Toronto in 2010. After graduation, he worked briefly as a game developer and an auditor in the TMT industry. Before joining Hero Entertainment as co-founder and president, Wu was the youngest vice president in the history of ZhenFund, a Chinese VC firm. From 2012 to 2015, he helped ZhenFund invest in multiple successful gaming projects, including several developed by Hero Entertainment.

Their encounter with entrepreneur and veteran shrimp farmer Aryo Wiryawan led them to develop a water quality sensor for shrimp farms, later branded as Jala.

YesBoss was later transformed into Kata.ai.Ronaldi had also worked at Thailand-based IT consultancy firm TN Corporation before returning to Indonesia to join Go-Jek.
