Suzy Vasconcelos has a diverse educational background, having majored in Computer Science at the University of Porto, Business Data Networks and Communications at Boston University, E-Commerce at the University of the West of Scotland, and Business Administration and Management at Edinburgh Napier University. Vasconcelos did not stop there, however. After co-founding Movvo, she pursued a specialization in Luxury Brand Management at the London School of Fashion to help the company in those areas of expertise.

Olivia Wongso is a serial restaurateur and chef. As the daughter of celebrity chef William Wongso, she was exposed to the culinary arts at a young age. Armed with a mass communication degree from Curtin University, she worked in public relations in 2002 at her father’s company William Gourmet Catering. She went on to manage various restaurants and conducted cooking courses prior to joining BlackGarlic in 2015. Olivia is also a member of the International Wine Society.

Miguel Ángel Torrero is the Spanish co-founder and COO of RatedPower, which produces software to automate the design of solar power plants. He has worked there since 2017. He is also an expert photovoltaic engineer and helped build the pvDesign platform.Prior to to RatedPower, he worked for more than five years at renewable energy company Solida in Madrid as a solar photovoltaic engineer. He studied Industrial Engineering at Carlos III University of Madrid.

Software engineer-turned-banker Dipo Satria worked at the Jakarta offices of international banks ABN AMRO and Macquarie for almost eight years, before taking a break in 2009 to pursue an MBA at Instituto de Empresa, Spain.He left Macquarie in December 2013, joining forest conservation company Jaga Rimba as a director of Finance and Business Development. The following year, he established DanaDidik, a crowdfunding platform that disburses student loans.

Richard Lim is a co-founder of Jakarta-based coworking operator GoWork. After GoWork's merger with Rework, he became the company's CFO and Chief of Real Estate. Prior to establishing GoWork, Richard had worked at the Monetary Authority of Singapore, Bain & Company and business consultancy firm Quvat Management. Richard graduated from Singapore's Nanyang Technological University with a bachelor's degree in Accounting. He also holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Alberto González Muíño is co-founder and CTO of Alén Space, joining the company in 2017. He is responsible for systems design, integration, testing and operations, having led several nanosatellites missions himself. González studied telecommunications at Spain's Vigo University, joining its Aerospace Group upon graduation, where he worked for more than 11 years. He was previously also a project manager at the Aerospace Innovation Center in Galicia until July 2018.

Inra Sumahamijaya was initially trained in chemical engineering, having graduated from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember with a bachelor's in the field. He has worked for state-owned minerals company Antam and other companies in the oil and gas industry, including Total. He began exploring entrepreneurship in 2017, when he founded two small companies and joined various startup-related support programs. In 2018, he established KODI, a digital platform for cooperative enterprises.

CEO and founder of ScentRealm, Huang Jianwei worked at Alibaba from 2004 to 2011. In 2012, he founded ScentRealm and received seed funding from Wang Gang. He also tried to create a business around QR codes, then tried to build an internet finance business. The latter was a success for a while, but Huang decided to shut it down. In 2015, he pivoted the company to build ScentRealm. 

Qiu is chairman and general manager of Semir, a clothing company he founded with his father in 1996. Listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2011, Semir is currently worth around RMB 25 billion. In 2012, Qiu ranked fifth on Hurun's Richest Chinese Under Forty list. He also holds an EMBA from China Europe International Business School.

Haier Group Corporation is a Chinese consumer electronics and home appliances company headquartered in Qingdao, Shandong province. It started as a refrigerator manufacturer in 1984 and has become the world's largest producer of major home appliances, with more than 10% of global market share. Now Haier is focusing on offering smart home solutions to customers.

Reimell Ragnauth is co-founder and Chief Commercial Officer at UK-based Modulous, the first end-to-end generative design and delivery solution for affordable, sustainable and modulized housing, where he has worked since 2019. He also works part-time as a strategic investor to data analysis company iaidō and is a non-executive chairman at construction insulation company PMP Manufacturing.Before Modulous, he was chief business development officer at gold fintech startup Glint for a year and established its US office. He previously worked as the managing director of Spiralite Ductwork in the area of building energy efficiency from 2010-17. Prior to this, all of his positions were in the finance and investment area: at 3i Group as Associated Director of Quoted Private Equity 2007-9; at the Electra Group as a senior associate of the EQMC Fund 2006-7; at consultancy Deloitte as an associate director of private equity transaction services 2004-6; at Orbis Investments 2001-4 working in investment analysis; and as Manager of Business Recovery Services at PwC in London 1996-2000. Ragnauth holds a Master’s in Law from Cambridge University. 

Pauline is the co-founder and CEO of Indonesian eSports team RRQ. He was a professional eSports athlete in the early 2000s and turned to management when he was asked to join RRQ in 2013. He is also Chairman of the Indonesian eSports Federation (FEI). Pauline studied at the London School of Public Relations in Jakarta. He was previously a Product Director at Qeon Interactive, an online gaming company, and ran a gaming center called Xzis Gaming Village in Jakarta. 

Holding an MBA from Lancaster University, UK, Yang co-founded Dana+ with Ren Xinxin and Lv Xin in 2015. He’s also a partner of Lidafeng Investment, and of Ming Capital, an investment management company co-founded by popular Chinese actor Huang Xiaoming.

Universidade Nova de Lisboa graduate João Caxaria is a seasoned software engineer, having developed software at Inosat, Checkfree, Focus Business Solution, Feel Fine Games, 6PM Holdings PLC and Infusion. Before co-founding Codacy, Caxaria co-founded web and mobile application development company Imaginary Cloud.

Founded in 1940 by Juan Soler Güell, Quadis is one of the biggest car wholesalers in Spain. Quadis is managed by grandsons Pol and Lluís Soler who have been reinventing and diversifying the family business through investments in emerging automotive technology for electric and hybrid vehicles. The privately owned company has recently backed Wallbox Chargers which designs and manufactures EV chargers that can be remotely managed through mobile apps.
