Ramón Blanco Duelo worked for Banco Santander before founding Selftrade.es in 1999. Selftrade.es, one of the first Spanish online brokers, was sold to Boursorama Banque in 2002. Blanco was awarded a Fulbright scholarship and has an MBA from the Harvard Business School in USA. A specialist in corporate digital transformation processes, he currently has roles as CEO, Executive Chairman and investor in several fintechs and other companies involved in internet banking, brokerage and e-commerce.

Germán León is an experienced UX/UI innovator and investor who is the Chief Experience Officer (CXO) and co-founder of Gestoos, a gesture recognition startup. Before establishing Gestoos, León was the European director of Oblong Industries, the firm that developed the technology used in the Steven Spielberg movie Minority Report. León had also co-founded Imersivo, the first customer recognition company that connects online shoppers to physical retail stores.

Kenneth Shaw is a serial entrepreneur with over 13 years of experience in the USA and Indonesia. After graduating from the University of California, Irvine with a degree in Information and Computer Science, he founded ExpiTrans Inc, a B2B payment processing company. Shaw left ExpiTrans in 2010 and moved to Indonesia the following year before assuming the CTO position at social network Multiply.com in 2013. In 2016, while still based in Indonesia, Shaw established Brankas, a new payment processing platform for startups and other businesses.

Adrian Lim is PopBox Asia’s co-founder and CEO, establishing the smart locker startup in 2015. Between 2001 and 2003, Lim worked as an engineer at Lucent Technologies (which merged with Alcatel). He was later a director at the TAK Group, a multinational property conglomerate. He is also an advisor to Block71, the startup incubator run by the National University of Singapore.Lim holds a bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from the Imperial College of London, as well as a master’s in the same field from the University of Michigan, USA.

After graduating in Business Administration at CUNEF in 2010, he studied English for a year in California, USA. After graduating, he worked as a developer at telecom equipment maker Huawei from 2008 to 2015. In 2012, Zhao created yunweipai.com, China's first nonprofit online community to provide IT maintenance advice. In 2015, he resigned from Huawei and launched Makebang, a software crowdsourcing platform. Recognizing the limited growth potential of the industry, Zhao sold Makebang in 2017. In 2017, he co-founded Tiantian Xuenong with Yan Zitong, a friend from university, and became its CEO.

Jordan Sorensen graduated from the Southern Virginia University USA in 2011, majoring in Business Analytics and Data Visualization. He first worked in Spain as a service missionary for two years until 2009. In 2013, he co-founded Lax Path LLC to build a community of lacrosse players and enthusiasts in Virginia. He became a goalie coach for the Spanish National Lacrosse Team from 2014 until 2017. In 2015, he joined a two-year master’s degree and MBA program at IE Business School in Madrid, specializing in Big Data. In November 2017, he became the CTO and co-founder of ChainGo Tech SL.

Alihan Tjohjono, also known as Ming, is a veteran businessman with experience in agribusiness. After earning his bachelor’s in Business Administration at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, USA, he worked in Singapore for the Sumitomo Trust and Banking Corporation. He returned to Indonesia in 2001 to assume the role of executive director of cosmetics manufacturer Astoria. In 2008, he became the CEO of Prima Agri Tech, an agrochemicals manufacturer. His latest venture, Karsa, is a social platform for farmers and agricultural stakeholders.
