In April 2013, Jorge Pinto became the Head of R&D, CIO and Co-founder of BEEVERYCREATIVE . He was also a co-founder and Head of R&D at bitBOX Electronic Systems that was pivoted into BEEVERYCREATIVE in 2013.Pinto is also working as a software and firmware developer at German startup BFO Mobility and at an international open-source project for Chinese startup Ebike Motor Controllers. He was previously employed as an electronics engineer at Portuguese firmware company Tetracis Plurirede and energy company Aveicabo. Jesus Cano is currently working as a senior engineer at Spanish aerospace manufacturer ITD, with over 20 years of experience in project management, electrical engineering and other roles including the design of Airbus 380 and other aircraft in the UK. Besides the ITD projects with BAE systems, he was also based in France for over three years as a senior design engineer in Toulouse. The aeronautical engineer from Madrid's Polytechnic University became the co-founder and CTO of Unmanned Technical Works (UTW) in 2015. He is also co-founder and deputy CTO of Aventix that provides specialized UTW-related engineering services.

Polish-born Weronika de Castro Figueiredo became co-founder at Doinn in March 2016. She was the co-managing partner and founder of e-commerce company WJ Figueiredo in Portugal for over two years until 2016. After graduating with a master's in Law and International Relations at Warsaw University in 2005, she completed an MBA at the Portuguese Catholic University in 2007. The multi-linguist had also worked for almost seven years as a freelance journalist for Grupa ZPR Media until 2004. She went on to become a marketing specialist at Portuguese supermarket chain Pingo Doce for over five years until 2011.

Tommy Yuwono founded his first venture, a business publication Milestone Interactive Digital magazine in 2011, while reading a business degree at Prasetiya Mulya Business School. After graduating in 2014, he joined securities company MNC Sekuritas to specialize in investment banking products like bond and medium-term notes for public and private companies.In 2016, he left MNC to become the chief digital officer and co-founder of online payments platform Ayopop. After securing Series A funding for Ayopop, he left and established education loan platform Pintek as CEO in 2018, together with Ayopop's CFO Ioann Fainsilber as co-founder.  

Hoffman is the COO and co-founder of Spanish AI-enhanced insurtech SingularCover, where he has worked since 2018. He previously worked as COO for Spain-based gaming startup Playtomic and in Indonesia as the CEO and founder of e-commerce startup eTailwind, a partner of Lazada Group. Previously, he worked in Indonesia as the Vice-President of Strategy at Alibaba Group and in management positions covering southern Europe for Berlin-based Zalando, Europe’s leading online fashion platform.Hoffman holds a master’s degree from Madrid’s Carlos III University in International Business Management, with exchange program participation in Switzerland and Brazil.

David Barroso (b. 1989) graduated from the University of Aveiro with a master’s in Electronics Engineering and Telecommunications. He is co-founder and CEO of Findster Technologies, the startup behind pet-tracking device Findster Duo.
