Co-founder and CRO of Factorial
Bernat Farrero is a co-founder and Head of Corporate Affairs and Corporate Revenue Officer at Spanish human resource startup Factorial. He is also the Founder and CEO of Itnig, a venture builder based in Barcelona, the founder and chairman of Quipu, an account management platform and Camaloon, which offers online designing and printing of commercial products. While studying at the Nanyang Technological University, the business student started a company Aspiring Gems Pte Ltd that lasted for one year until 2007. He graduated in 2010 and worked as a manager for two years at SPRING Singapore, the statutory board for enterprise development now known as Enterprise Singapore. In 2012, he co-founded 1.618 Pte Ltd in Singapore but left the digital agency in 2017.

Handison Jaya graduated from Universitas Indonesia with a bachelor's in Computer Engineering. After graduating in 2015, he joined Bornevia, a now-defunct startup that created an email-focused CRM system for corporates. He stayed at Ematic for almost three years and became a senior software engineer.In 2019, Handison left Ematic with work colleague Stevanus Iskandar Halim to develop an equity crowdfunding platform.
