Cane Investments is a private investment firm based in Irvington, New York, that specializes in early-stage investments in the media and communications sectors. It has nine companies in its portfolio. The firm most recently invested in autonomous and connected vehicle communication technology Veniam's US$22m Series B round in 2016. Other portfolio companies include wireless power startup uBeam and HR software company GetHired.com.

Billed as the world’s first online venture capital platform, launched in 2012 in San Francisco, FundersClub is a marketplace that allows accredited investors to become equity holders in managed venture funds, which then fund pre-screened private companies. It has invested in more than 340 companies to date, valued at more than US$7.6 billion and has seen 35 exits. The platform has invested more than US$115 million to date across sectors and technologies in companies from 21 different countries. Recent investments include in SendBird's Series B, that raised US$52 million, and Zentail's Series A that raised US$5 million.

Founded by John Ball in 2000, Steamboat Ventures is Disney’s venture capital subsidiary. They invest in early through growth stage companies with specialization in digital media and consumer technology.

PT Juvisk Tri Swarna (JTS) was established in 2013 to provide technical project management, financial consultancy, site audits and other support services in diverse business sectors; ranging from infrastructure, civil engineering, construction and mineral mining. Juvisk is currently involved in the construction of radio and cellular towers and other related services. In 2016, Juvisk became an investor and business partner of Qlue.

Founded in 2011, Newsion Venture Capital is a seed and early-stage venture capital in China focusing on information technology, consumption and services industries.

Zhenzhen Sun is a veteran investor who has worked in prestigious firms like Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan. After leaving JP Morgan in 2009, she worked for Chinese real estate developer LL Land. She left in 2013 to join PreAngel Partners, an angel investment fund. She recently joined Proxima Ventures, a China-based VC that invests in healthcare technology.

Established in 2011, PE firm Sharelink Capital manages assets of more than RMB 1.5 billion and has invested in nearly 40 enterprises.It focuses on early-stage and mid-stage investments. Its investors include the National Science and Technology Department, large state-owned enterprises, local governments, listed companies, private enterprises and high net worth individuals.

Aavishkaar (‘invention’ in Hindi) was founded in 2001 as an early stage investor to help build sustainable enterprises in India’s underserved regions. Its VC portfolio, valued at over US$ 155 million, covers key industry sectors including sanitation, healthcare, agriculture and technology. Its Aavishkaar Frontier Fund was created in 2015 to invest in South and Southeast Asian countries like Indonesia, Pakistan and Bangladesh.

CRCM Ventures is a unit of US- and HK-listed ChinaRock Capital Management. Headquartered in San Francisco with branch offices in Palo Alto, Beijing and Hong Kong, CRCM Ventures invests in seed and early-stage Silicon Valley and China technology startups, with more than 20 years of experience in public and private investing.

Founder by Vipshop (a Chinese e-commerce company specializing in online discount sales) founding shareholder Wu Jiang in 2015, Daosheng Capital prioritizes technology startups in its investments.

Hundsun Technologies Inc. was founded in Hangzhou in 1995. It was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2003. A leading Chinese supplier of financial software and network services, the company focuses on wealth and asset management and offers integrated solutions and services to banks and financial institutions that work in securities, futures, funds, trusts, insurance, exchanges and private placements.
