Co-founder of Conclave
Serial entrepreneur Akbar Brojosaputro graduated from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) in 2011. Akbar is involved in two other enterprises besides co-founding Conclave in September 2014 with three fellow ITB alumni. He had worked as a director at a financial services company Utoyo & Partners until October 2013. ITB graduates Marshall Utoyo and Aditya Hadiputra were the managing partner and CFO of Utoyo & Partners respectively. Akbar’s latest baby startup is Kappa Fantasy, a fantasy e-sports league that he co-founded in December 2015. Akbar has also been the chairman of Takeri Asia Manufacturing in Bandung since September 2012.

The author of the earliest book on the online-to-offline (O2O) business model in China “Theory of O2O Evolution”, and an iResearch columnist, Yu Jinhua was an independent scholar before joining fresh fruit business Tiaoguoshi in May 2014, and transforming it into a roaring O2O success. He also once served as general manager, independent brands, at beauty e-retailer Lefeng.com, and vice-president of D&S Media Group, as well as created PR firm REBRAND. Aka Banzhuandayu, his online moniker, Yu was born in the 1970s and is married to fellow Tiaoguoshi co-founder Xiao Hongtao.

A self-taught cybersecurity enthusiast, Wenas Agusetiawan was able to hack into various Indonesian and Singaporean networks at a young age. Luckily, he was 16 and escaped with only a penalty fine whilst living with his family in Singapore. He left to study in Australia and eventually became an IT professional. Wenas graduated in 2008 with a bachelor’s in Computer Science from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, Canada. He founded software developer PhaseDev, gaming platform Bouncity and e-book distributor WayangForce. In 2011, he co-founded Tiket.com but stepped down as CEO after the acquisition by Blibli in 2017.

Ricardo Jauregui Telleria joined healthtech startup DyCare in Barcelona as CTO and co-founder in 2016. Previously, he was PMO at Roche/Emminens Healthcare Services in Sant Cugat, Barcelona, and Project Manager at engineering company Altran Spain, Barcelona. Based in Madrid, he also works as a creative director at nutri-holistic products company Biomol Care SL and as a visual designer for e-learning site Banana Exams.
