Ballesteros is one of Spain's most prominent serial entrepreneurs and business angels, and the man behind some of the most successful acquisitions in Spain and Latin America. Cabify, Woom Fertility and co-investments with Seaya Ventures form part of his investment portfolio. His first entrepreneurial experience started in 1997 with online classified ads platform Ocioteca.com and MundoSalud (acquired by Sanitas of Bupa Group). One of his biggest successes has been on-demand food delivery platforms, SinDelantal in Spain and SinDelantal Mexico, both acquired by Just Eat in 2013 and 2015, respectively. He is currently sole founder of Bewe SaaS for beauty and wellness professionals. 

Hong Kong-based Jeneration Capital was founded in 2015 by Jimmy Chang, a former banker at Morgan Stanley. It now manages approximately US$2bn in capital, utilizing a multi-strategy investment approach with an emphasis on direct investment and dynamic asset allocation across private equity, public equity and diversified fund investments. In terms of direct investment, Jeneration Capital mainly invests in growth-stage technology-enabled companies in the Asia-Pacific region, with a focus on Greater China. 

Founded in 2002, Galia Gestion is an investment fund based in Bordeaux and operating principally in southwest France. To date, it has supported some 150 companies and currently has €100m of investments under management. 

Co-founded by Lending Club's Soul Htite, Dianrong is one of China's largest P2P lending platforms, offering lower borrowing costs, higher returns, at relatively low risk.

PNV Capital is a seed investment fund in Proença-a-Nova, Portugal, co-invested by Busy Angels. The fund is worth about €770,000 and invests an average of about €100,000 per project, with a cap at €200,000.this is all frmo the previous write up as they have no webpage still! 

Toro Ventures is a VC fund based in Monterrey, Mexico, with offices in San Francisco. Led by entrepreneurs Elsa Treviño and Tuto Assad, the fund helps tech startups raise seed capital as well as build a network of family offices and business angels interested in investment opportunities in the Latin American tech ecosystem.Toro Ventures also supports big companies looking to innovate by connecting them with startups from relevant industry verticals. In December 2018, it made its biggest investment to date: €2 million in Spain's BEWE. Established in December 2016, the company has invested in nine startups, to date. 

Skystar Capital is a fund that invests in technology startups in the Asia Pacific region, particularly Indonesia. It is backed by Kompas Gramedia, Indonesia's largest media conglomerate. Skystar Capital is a separate and independent investment arm from Skystar Ventures

As an early investment fund, Jifu Venture Capital invested in Guangfa Securities, Liaoning Chengda and other companies. It has realized returns of more than 2,000% for its shareholders. Jifu Venture Capital was authorized by the Shenzhen city government in September 2004.

Los Riscos de Pedrique is family-owned investment fund and business consultancy based in Madrid, Spain. Established in 2014, the company has assets valued at €35 million and is run by Maria del Valle de la Riva.

After graduating with an Industrial Engineering degree from Purdue University in the US, Sean DeWitt became a management consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He later worked at the US Department of State and the Fund for New York City.In 2007, he joined the nonprofit Grameen Foundation that was established by Grameen Bank founder Muhammad Yunus. As part of the nonprofit, he helped Aldi Haryopratomo establish the social enterprise Ruma.  DeWitt currently works for the World Resource Institute. He also holds master’s degrees in Development Finance and Environmental Economics from the University of London.

Chen graduated from Tongji University in 2002 with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, and from Fudan University in 2005 with a master’s degree in the same field. Upon graduation, he worked for Fortune 500 company Sykes Enterprises as a software engineer. In 2009, he received a RMB100,000 seed fund from Fudan University to start Leyi, a customer-to-customer (C2C) platform for trading second-hand goods, with Sun Wenjun, a friend he met through his master’s degree. Although the business failed after two and a half years, the two young entrepreneurs led their core team to form Aihuishou.

Liu Long graduated from Northwestern Polytechnic University based in Xi'an in 2010. The Information and Computing Science graduate went on to the Institute of Remote Sensing Applications (IRSA) at the Chinese Academy of Sciences to pursue a PhD in Microwave Remote Sensing in 2015. He stayed on at the IRSA as a research fellow with funding support from the Youth Science Fund program under the National Natural Science Foundation of China. In 2016, he co-founded agtech startup McFly with two Wuhan University alumni who are also experts in remote sensing technology.

Divine Capital was founded in Shanghai in 2009. The private equity fund manages total assets of RMB 3bn and mainly invests in consumer services, manufacturing, clean technology and mid-sized startups. Divine Capital has completed 20 investment deals to date.
