Russia-China Investment Fund (RCIF) is a private equity fund that invests in projects created to advance economic cooperation between Russia and China. RCIF was founded in 2012 by two government-backed funds: Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) and China Investment Corporation (CIC). RCIF has received US$1 billion commitments from both RDIF and CIC. International institutional investors are expected to commit an additional US$2 billion. His work experience included two months at the Ritz Carlton and four months at Eleven Madison Park. On returning home, he became the head chef of Winston Manusama Hospitality Group for eight months in Jakarta in 2014. He was also a consultant for Il Cielo restaurant in Bali for seven months. Chris met Votinc co-founders Markus Liman Rahardja and Alvin Evander Subagyo while working at a dining event. The three later co-founded an automated job matchmaking platform Zelos.

Born in 1982, Chen Qi graduated from Wuhan University with a bachelor’s degree in Remote Sensing in 2005, the same year as fellow alumnus Gong Huaze.
