Co-founder and CEO of Tradiio
With over a decade of consultancy experience, Alvaro Gomez Nogueiras is a visiting professor at several universities, including Porto Business School and Lisbon School of Economics and Management. He has a computer engineering degree and a master’s in Consultancy and Information Systems Implementation from the University of Deusto in Spain.He worked as a logistics consultant before co-founding business consultancy EBS in the African country of Angola. He returned to Portugal in 2001 and worked as a project manager for over eight years. He was also a director at Strategos until 2014. Gomez was the CEO and co-founder of Tradiio until April 2019.

After six years of building innovative products and new businesses in Singapore and India, Nigel Hembrow has made Indonesia his home and headquarters for Astronaut Technologies, his latest venture in HR tech. Hailing from Australia, Queensland civil engineer Nigel started out in project management and engineering design for construction company Mace. After an MBA from the University of Melbourne in 2009, he worked at The Great Little Water Company and Amida Recruitment. Nigel is also currently a director at Rayjon Group, a family-owned property investment and development conglomerate that was co-founded by managing director John Hembrow in 1976.

However, her first startup failed due to the immature internet business environment. But the startup experience helped her held a post in internet business department of Alibaba Group and Tencent. In 2014,She joined Tujia website, an online booking website that connects travelers and hosts, as COO and helped it gain funding twice. In 2017, Chen Yuying joined Xiaoming Bike as CEO and began differentiated marketing strategies, focusing on strong supplement chain and operation in three tier city.

Enrique Alcázar Garzas holds a double bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Business Administration from Carlos III University in Madrid. He spent one year as an exchange student at Hanyang University in South Korea and returned home to work as an R&D intern for app development at a Spanish startup Natureh in 2016. He is the co-founder and CTO of blockchain startup Lingotts. The full stack blockchain developer also works on various projects at Grant Thornton and Santander Technology’s innovation lab. He co-founded NutraSign in 2018 and is in charge of the company's app and blockchain development as CTO.

Roger Nicolàs Alegret is an IT engineer specialized in the design, development and implementation of wireless sensor networks. He is a co-founder and IoT researcher and frontend software developer at AEInnova, where he uses Kendo UI, Bootstrap, AngularJS, Angular UI router, NodeJS, Gulp, Bower-git, Java Design Patterns, API RESTful architecture, as well as Scrum and Kanban. Nicolàs was formerly a hardware developer at TNL and is currently a PhD student.
