H&S Investment is a German investment company and accredited member of the Business Angels Network Germany (BAND). Founded by Martin Heubeck and Ulrich Stommel, the fund focuses on new technologies and innovations counting on over 25 years of experience in technology companies in Germany and overseas.

Reynir Fauzan is a co-founder of virtual assistant app YesBoss, which pivoted into chatbot builder in late 2016. He remains with the company as CMO. Prior to establishing, he was the co-founder of STYYLI, a fashion e-commerce website based in Germany.Reynir graduated from a double degree program offered by Binus International, Indonesia. He earned a bachelor's degree in Marketing from Binus International, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in International Trade from Cologne Business School, Germany.

After working as an analyst in Germany for eight months, he moved to Indonesia to join Foodpanda as head of Sales and Operations until February 2013. He co-founded Lolabox, a beauty box service that was shut down after one year due to procurement problems in 2014. He then worked at Monk Hill’s Ventures as an associate for a year before leaving to become a co-founder of Fabelio in 2015. He is also an Endeavor entrepreneur.

Dennis Vilovic has lived in the Middle East, Africa and Europe; working as an operations and business development consultant for international organizations and private companies. Originally from Germany, Vilovic is the author of many publications and has also participated in the project “HNA Aleppo”, an analysis of the water supply system in Aleppo, Syria.A Socio-Economic Science graduate from the Leuphana University of Lüneburg in Germany, Vilovic established TroopTravel in April 2017. Chris Franke is a German entrepreneur who worked as a usability designer at the German food delivery startup where he met Irzan Raditya. Chris later became the Head of Design for and its parent company 2015, Chris decided to team up with Irzan to develop YesBoss that was later replaced by a chatbot engine, with Chris as its COO. He left in 2017 but remains on the board of advisors. Chris is also the CMO of Seatris, a restaurant booking management startup in Germany. He is also a guest lecturer at Technische Universität Berlin, Germany.

By 2016, Cathay Innovation had conducted 59 investments, with a total investment of €514 million. It has offices in France, China, the US and Germany, with €1.2 billion under management.

Established in 1863, Bayer is a global chemical and pharmaceutical company with its head office in Leverkusen, Germany. In 2015, the company launched its digital healthcare accelerator program Grants4Apps in Berlin. Bayer has worldwide operations in cities like San Francisco, Tokyo, Shanghai, Singapore and Moscow.

Markus Cosmann is co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer at UK-based Modulous, the first end-to-end generative design and delivery solution for affordable, sustainable and modulized housing, where he has worked since 2018. He was simultaneously a director  at engineering consultancy Optimise, based in London and Dubai, until 2020, where he had worked since 2012, and where the concept for Modulous was conceived. His construction project credits include the Oslo National Museum and the German and Swiss Pavilions at Dubai Expo 2020. He previously worked in management for six and a half years in Copenhagen at Danish civil engineering company Ramboll, and has an extensive background in fire engineering in his native Germany and the UK, both in research and commercial projects. Cosmann is a certified civil engineer, graduating from the Ruhr University Bochum in Germany.

German native Mikael Eydt graduated in economics in 2016 at Erlangen-Nürnberg’s Friedrich-Alexander University. He worked at his family’s hotel company in Germany while studying at university from 2011 to 2016. Eydt also briefly worked in sales for insurance company Debeka and completed his national service as a soldier in Germany. In 2017, Eydt went back to work as a junior manager at family-owned Hotel Eydt in Kirchheim.Currently based in Copenhagen, he is now the CEO and co-founder of Danish alt-leather biotech, Beyond Leather Materials, that produces vegan leather materials from apple waste. He was responsible for the startup’s business development for two years before becoming CEO in July 2020.

RWA Invest GmbH is the wholesale company and service provider of the Raiffeisen Lagerhaus cooperatives, with over 1,000 distribution points and more than 120,000 cooperative members.The company also launched the Agro Innovation Lab (AIL) acceleration program focused on taking a leading role in cutting-edge technologies and innovation for agritech companies in the European region. The second cohort will involve activities in Austria and Germany.

Bristol Myers Squibb or BMS is one of the world’s largest biopharmaceutical companies developing medicines in oncology, hematology, immunology and cardiovascular disease. It invests directly and via VC funds, including Life Sciences Partners (LSP) and BioGeneration Ventures, as LP. BMS is headquartered in New York and has 10 offices and facilities within the US and 13 in overseas locations, namely, Puerto Rico, Canada, France, Belgium, the UK, Ireland, Germany, Japan and China.
