Co-founder and CTO of Qiscus
Yogyakarta-born Evan Purnama pursued higher education in Singapore and graduated from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in 2012 with a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In 2013, he joined a group of NTU graduates to establish Qiscus, a startup that provides internal communication solutions for businesses and apps. Based in Singapore, Muhammad MD Rahim is the co-founder and COO of the live chat and messaging solutions platform Qiscus since 2013. While studying at the Nanyang Technological University, the business student started a company Aspiring Gems Pte Ltd that lasted for one year until 2007. He graduated in 2010 and worked as a manager for two years at SPRING Singapore, the statutory board for enterprise development now known as Enterprise Singapore. In 2012, he co-founded 1.618 Pte Ltd in Singapore but left the digital agency in 2017.

López-Urdiales is a Spanish aeronautical engineer. In 2009, he founded space transportation company, Zero 2 Infinity, and is also its CEO. Prior to that, he lectured at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia in space vehicles and space propulsion and was General Manager at the Barcelona Aeronautics and Space Association. He has previously worked at Boeing and Boston Consulting Group. He holds an MBA in Management from Paris' Institute of Engineers and two master's degrees, one in Aeronautical Engineering from the University Polytechnic of Madrid, and the other in Aeronautics and Astronautics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MITT).

Thanks to the Singapore-MIT Alliance Fellowship Program, Jeffry William Tani was able to join a four-year postgrad PhD in Manufacturing System and Technology after graduating in 2009 with a Mechanical Engineering degree at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore.In 2013, he joined Schlumberger as a new product development engineer. He left the Singapore-based oilfield mining services company in 2017 and returned to Indonesia to become the CPO of PT Advotics Teknologi Global.

A self-described "data geek and new technology enthusiast," Manggala Ratulangie is the CEO and co-founder of data science service startup Datanest. He was previously an IT engineer and an SAP consultant, and has worked with various companies to build internal-use software. He met Thibaud Plaquet, who would become a co-founder at Datanest, when the two were hired to head a joint-venture between two marketing consultancy companies. After the project wound down, Manggala and Thibaud established Datanest in 2017.

He has worked in the R&D departments of ML technology in companies like Yahoo! and Oracle. He has also collaborated with Professor Andrew Ng while working at Baidu's R&D office in the US. In 2016, Dai returned to China and founded Haishen Technology.

He has more than 50 patents and over 20 papers published in academic journals such as TKDE and CIKM. Feng is a founding member of Miaozhen Systems and co-founder of MINING LAMP technology. Bailian.ai is his third company.
