Hanna Keraf’s career reflects her focus on helping underserved communities in her birthplace Flores, Indonesia. After earning a bachelor’s in Business Administration at Japan’s Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University, she worked for NGO Swisscontact, that encourages economic development by supporting local businesses. Li Jingyuan received a bachelor's in Industrial Design from Zhejiang University in 2015. During his time at the university, he co-founded a 3D scanner company in 2014 and served as its CTO. A 3D scanner developed under his stewardship was awarded the Red Dot Design Award. He founded Shiyin Tech in 2015.

He then developed a successful education app in the UK in 2009, which he tried to bring back to China in 2011, but realized that paid apps like his could not sell in the local market.

Raúl Tapias Herranz was previously a sales manager with Galp Energy. While coordinating a digital transformation project at Galp, Tapias decided to leave behind 17 years in the energy sector to establish digital identity startup Ecertic, where he is currently CEO. Tapias holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Carlos III University in Madrid, which he partially studied in Maastricht in the Netherlands, as well as completing a master's in Marketing and Sales Management from IE Business School.
