Hong Kong-based Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group Limited was founded as a jewelry store in Guangzhou in 1929. Listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong in December 2011, it is one of the world's largest jewelry companies, with total assets of around US$8 billion.
