Co-founder of Warung Pintar
Sofian Hadiwijaya is a co-founder of smart retail kiosk startup Warung Pintar. Despite not having completed his undergraduate industrial engineering degree due to financial difficulties, Sofian was already a programming instructor during his early college days at Bina Nusantara university and later became an market analyst for international cement company Holcim. Sofian was a co-founder of both IT consultancy firm Crazy Hackerz and online lending and pawnshop Pinjam and has worked for startups KUDO and Nodeflux.

Xie graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in 2012 with a master’s in Computer Science. Upon graduation, he was invited by famous angel investor Hadi Partovi to join startup project Fivestars, which would become the leading customer loyalty solutions provider in the United States. In 2015, Xie returned to China and adapted the Fivestars model to his own startup, Zaihui. Within just one week of his return, Zaihui raised millions of dollars from top Chinese investors.

Carlos Ricci Ricci has an MBA in marketing from Minas Gerais Catholic Pontifical University and an MBA in business finance from the Getulio Vargas Foundation.He has worked in banking for over 30 years, including more than 14 years in sales and risk management at Banco Fidis. He also worked as an account manager at ABN AMRO bank for over 16 years. He is now the co-founder and Head of Customer Success of edtech startup Blox.

He has a computer engineering degree and a master’s in Consultancy and Information Systems Implementation from the University of Deusto in Spain.He worked as a logistics consultant before co-founding business consultancy EBS in the African country of Angola. He returned to Portugal in 2001 and worked as a project manager for over eight years. He was also a director at Strategos until 2014. Gomez was the CEO and co-founder of Tradiio until April 2019.

Nil Oleaga Ortega is the Spanish born COO and co-founder of Evix Safety, designers of an algorithm controlled airbag for cycling helmets, where he has worked since 2018. At the same time, Oleaga works at the soccer training company Marcet as a Technical Director of one of its centers. He previously worked in varied short-term positions in sports, especially in soccer, and was employed for over two and a half years as Trainer at Alella Football Club. Oleaga holds a master's degree in Sports Management from the University of Barcelona, where he also studied a first degree in Sports Science.

Before that, he held the same roles at his previous Barcelona-based startup, Nubelo, another tech recruitment agency for freelancers, between 2012 and 2016, when it was acquired by Freelancer.com. In 2016, Araujo was a visiting professor at the Autonomous University of Barcelona on digital economy.His first startup was Work At Home in Argentina, where he was a co-founder for two years from 2011–13, for which he won local innovation prizes. Diego Nodar López is co-founder and head of R&D at Alén Space, where he is responsible for the development of the company's proprietary hardware and software. Nodar began his career at Vigo University's Aerospace Group, before working at Alén Space and the Aerospace Innovation Center in Galicia. Nodar studied telecommunications engineering, computing and electronics at Spain's Vigo University and holds a degree in Radiocommunication and Electromagnetic Engineering.
