Ferry Aprilianto has over 17 years of experience as an IT engineer. From 2000 to 2005, he was a project manager at enterprise IT firm Jatis Solutions, where he worked on mutual fund distribution systems for major Indonesian banks. In 2005, he became an independent IT consultant, working for companies in Indonesia and the Philippines. With over 20 years of experience as a developer and researcher, the Portuguese co-founder is the CTO and COO of HypeLabs.He co-founded WINK digital agency that lasted nine months until July 2015. He was also the founder and president of the Computer Science Club of his alma mater University of Oporto. He graduated in Computer Science in 2014 and has worked as a project manager for various IT projects like VideoJojos2011 and OpenJelly.

Clicars secured investments from former executives working at Mercedes, General Motors, Santander Bank and Mapfre. He has degrees from Harvard Business School and the University of Madrid. He spent over 14 years working as an investment banker and consultant in Europe, USA and Latin America before diving into the world of startups. The former Boston Consulting Group (BCG) consultant was also part of the team that led the corporate strategy and digital transformation of Santander Bank in the US.

Pere Valles is an entrepreneur and angel investor in the Spanish startup ecosystem, sitting on the board of several companies. Valles has been chairman of Spanish digital voting platform Scytl since 2004. In 2018, he was appointed CEO of travel platform Exoticca, which sells long haul touring holidays and has a presence in Spain, France and the UK. Pharmacist-turned-illustrator Eduardo Esteves has more than three decades of experience in paper and digital publishing. He graduated in Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Coimbra in 1991. He became a serial entrepreneur in 1998 as co-founder of Ciberbit SA. In 2012, he also co-founded CoolApps with university alumni João Igor and Liliana Marques.In 2014, they established CoolFarm to develop SaaS indoor farming solutions. In January 2015, he left Ciberbit and CoolApps to focus on developing and marketing CoolFarm B2B products. Since CoolFarm's insolvency, Esteves has worked as a creative consultant based in Coimbra.

Samuel Martins is an experienced software developer and founder of motorbike dealership LxMotos. He was a systems administrator at his alma mater Superior Technical Institute in Lisbon before joining IT consulting firm Crazydog in 2008 as a systems administrator and developer.In 2012, Martins and Crazydog founder Gonçalo Fortes began creating AI-powered software to improve the efficiency and productivity of local factories. In 2014, Fortes and Martins decided to team up as co-founders of Prodsmart to focus on providing IoT solutions to help SME firms to transform into digital manufacturers.
