Yogyakarta-born Evan Purnama pursued higher education in Singapore and graduated from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in 2012 with a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In 2013, he joined a group of NTU graduates to establish Qiscus, a startup that provides internal communication solutions for businesses and apps.
