CEO and Co-founder of Tuvalum
Alejandro Pons Ballester is a young entrepreneur and public speaker. In 2013, Pons worked for a few months as a trainee engineer at a Jamaican company in Kingston, while reading a degree in Industrial Engineering Management at the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV) . He also gained some work experience as a community officer at NGO Engineering Without Borders (EWB) in 2011. After his graduation in 2014, he decided to become an entrepreneur and co-founded Tuvalum, a web marketplace to buy and sell used bikes and accessories. He is currently the company’s CEO.

João Magalhães is the Portuguese co-founder and CTO of medtech Knokcare, previously known as Knok Healthcare. Prior to founding Knokcare in 2015, he co-founded Iterar, a software developer that also created Knokcare’s software.Magalhães completed a master’s degree in Medicine at the University of Porto in 2014 that helped him to conceive the concept for Knokcare. He worked at Iterar for six years as a web and Android developer until 2017. He also worked in software development and systems administration at Savant for almost two years, while expanding his client portfolio at Iterar.

Amien Krisna is an experienced web and game developer with over 15 years of experience. After graduating in Information Technology from the Universitas Gunadarma in 2002, he worked as an app developer at Perwanal #10, a marketing agency that was later acquired by Saatchi & Saatchi. He left Perwanal in 2005 to found a digital marketing and development agency that he exited in 2012. Amien went on to co-found Sonar, a digital media analytics platform.
