Co-founder and COO of Kata.ai
Chris Franke is a German entrepreneur who worked as a usability designer at the German food delivery startup Lieferando.de where he met Irzan Raditya. Chris later became the Head of Design for Lieferando.de and its parent company Takeaway.com.In 2015, Chris decided to team up with Irzan to develop YesBoss that was later replaced by a chatbot engine Kata.ai, with Chris as its COO. He left Kata.ai in 2017 but remains on the board of advisors. Chris is also the CMO of Seatris, a restaurant booking management startup in Germany. Enrique González Sancho is the co-founder and CTO of Nido Robotics. He was previously involved in the development of an autonomous underwater vehicle at SIRENA and was also an applications technician at MTorres Industrial Designs. Sancho graduated with a degree in Engineering and Industrial Technology from the Polytechnic University of Cartagena, where he subsequently completed a master's in Industrial Engineering.

Jorge López Sánchez is a co-founder of railway consultancy firm SigmaRail. Focused on the railway sector since the beginning his career, he started as an intern at railway technology R&D center CITEF. He was later Alstom's automatic train control leader until 2011 and NSW's technical manager until 2016. López holds a first degree in Industrial and Mechanical Engineering and a PhD in Electromagnetic Compatibility, both from the Polytechnic University of Madrid. He also holds a degree in the design and set up of solar-powered facilities from the Censolar professional training center in Seville.

He has also been a member of Forbes Technology Council since 2016 and simultaneously Scientific Director and part of the leadership team of the Carnegie Mellon Portugal international program.He was previously an expert technical consultant for the European Space Agency at the European Space Operation Center in Darmstadt, Germany for six years as well as simultaneously being an assistant professor at his former university, the University of Coimbra. Marques was also previously a software consultant at Coimbra’s Critical Software for 11 years and founded his own software company WIT Software. An industrial engineer by training, Rubén Blanco Carrera comes from a family of ranchers in Cabañas, 18 km from Ávila, Spain. Currently he is Commercial Director and co-founder of IoT startup SensoWave, as well as its brand Digitanimal, aimed at remote farming. The business idea of Digitanimal partly came about because of Blanco’s personal experience with his own livestock. Using IoT remote tracking, detecting heat and parturition through the use of sensors , which are analyzed to reflect the behavior of the cattle and notify alert ranchers to the anomalies detected, he was able to save a mother and calf from a difficult delivery. In another incident, the technology helped alert him to the attack of wolves. Blanco holds both a first degree and a master's degree from Madrid's Alfonso X El Sabio University, the former in Technical Engineering in Industrial and Product Design and the latter in Industrial Engineering and Industrial Electronics. He then worked as an industrial engineer at both private company Retailgas and at Alfa Imaging, the startup co-founded by Carlos Callejero, with whom Blanco later co-founded SensoWave.

Luining is also on the board of directors at the not-for-profit Cultured Meat Foundation that promotes sector innovation. His past posts have all been in the area of research, either as a researcher or a technician, and at the same time as completing studies. His last job was as a research strategist at New York-based New Harvest, a callular food rsearch funding body, where he worked for a year and met Dr. Kotter, the inventor of Meatable’s cellular technology. His research positions from 2009–15 were in the area of cell culture, mass spectrometry and DNA sequencing at the Maastricht University, University Medical Center Amsterdam, Utrecht University and Leiden University.
