Co-founder of 4D ShoeTech
Zhou Zhiheng worked for Michael Antonio Footwear Group as general manager in China. In 2016, Zhou met fellow co-founders Antonio Lin and Qiu Chen at a training program held in Silicon Valley, organized by the global entrepreneur incubator Blackbox. He left his GM job and co-founded 4D ShoeTech in 2017.

He founded 58.com in 2005. He has experience in network marketing, network channel development and domain name strategy. Yao also co-founded the Xueda Education Group.

Belgian-born Laurence Fontinoy graduated in Commercial Engineering at Belgium’s Louvain Catholic University in 1994 and went on an exchange program for one year at New York’s Stern Graduate Business School. She worked for almost four years at Belgacom Mobile in Belgium, where she supervised the launch of its first prepaid card. In 1999, she moved to the Netherlands to join Dutch telecoms provider Ben as a customer development manager. After completing an MBA in 2002 at IESE University of Navarra, the mother-of-three joined eBay Spain as head of category and seller development. In 2005, she was promoted to marketing and communications director but left in 2008 to join Google as the regional country marketing manager for Spain and Portugal. In 2015, she left to become the CEO and co-founder of WOOM with former eBay colleague Clelia Morales.

Ivan Nikolas Tambunan is a lawyer-turned-entrepreneur who co-founded the P2P lending site Akseleran. After graduating from Universitas Indonesia in 2009 with a Bachelor's in Law, Ivan worked as an associate at AFS Partnership, handling various corporate law cases in civil and criminal courts. He left in 2011 for a short stint at the Makarim & Taira S law firm. In 2012, he joined Allen & Overy as a transactional banking lawyer. Before he left Allen & Overy in 2017, he advised various clients, including the Artha Graha Group and Macquarie. He and his co-founders started developing Akseleran in 2016 and launched an early version in March 2017.Ivan earned a Master's degree in Law & Finance from Queen Mary University of London. His thesis was on the topic of crowdfunding and became part of the inspiration behind establishing Akseleran.

Gianpaolo Rando is CTO and co-founder at Swiss biotech SwissDeCode, which applies DNA testing to food traceability. He has worked there full-time since April 2016. Prior to this, Rando gained significant experience working in the field of genomics. He spent three years prior to SwissDeCode’s foundation trialing his DNA food testing technology in his startup BeerDeCoded and assisted in the launch of a compact DNA laboratory at Bento Bio in London. He previously spent almost three years at the University of Geneva in research, co-inventing a technology for ink to change color in response to a specific DNA sequence. His earlier position at the University of Lausanne as a post-doctoral fellow in genomics saw him lead a nine-man team for three and a half years, discovering the hormone that prepares newborns to lactate. Rando’s first post was at Trangenic Operative Products, leading animal research there. Italian-born Rando holds a PhD in biotechnology and pharmacology from the University of Milan as well as a qualification in data science.

After a brief stint in Singapore as a director of Application Development at Japan Internet Technologies Pte Ltd, he began to work freelance as a web developer. In 2013, he co-founded the price comparison website Pricebook with a university friend Tomonori Tsuji. However, Ryoji worked as CTO at Pricebook for only six months before leaving in December 2013.

Angelo is currently a director at a data centre company DCI Indonesia.

Born in 1987, Colunas is also a co-founder of Findster Technologies, the company behind the Findster Duo GPS pet tracker.

He left the Singapore-based oilfield mining services company in 2017 and returned to Indonesia to become the CPO of PT Advotics Teknologi Global.
