Banco Sabadell is one of the biggest and oldest banking groups in Spain. Based in Barcelona, it was established in 1881 and has an annual revenue exceeding US$9.8 billion. Civeta is a Madrid-based VC fund founded in 2013 by a small group of Spanish angel investors. It has backed 39 startups in blockchain, education, marketplace and platform.In 2014, the company experienced intense investment activity and was ranked among the most active VC firms in Spain. Since 2016, it has hosted the Civeta Fintech Meetings in Madrid, to which key industry players are invited to discuss and analyze fintech trends and business opportunities. Civeta also offers consultancy services on business model development, branding, UX, social media, data analysis, and legal support. 

Portuguese serial entrepreneur and angel investor, Carlos Oliveira is formerly the Secretary of State for Entrepreneurship, Competitiveness and Innovation in Portugal. He is also one of the 15 members of the European Commission's high-level group of innovators tasked with the creation of the European Innovation Council.In 2000, Oliveira founded a mobile services startup MobiComp and worked as its CEO until 2008 when he sold the company to Microsoft. He has also founded and invested in several startups, including StudentFinance fintech's €1.15m seed round. He is currently the executive president of the José Neves Foundation, set up by Farfetch founder José Neves to invest and transform Portugal into a knowledge economy.

Formerly known as Guangdong Technology Venture Capital Group, Technology Financial Group is a state-owned firm based in Guangzhou. It has a subsidiary in Guangdong province and has set up nine offices in other provinces across China. Technology Financial Group began investing in companies when it was founded in 1992, and it has assets under management of RMB 50bn. With a focus on VC investment, it also provides financial services such as asset management.The firm invests mainly in the high-end equipment manufacturing; new-generation information technology; new material; art, entertainment and media; consumption; biotech and pharmacy; energy and environmental protection; and automotive sectors.

Visa is a US-based financial services company best known for its electronic payment system used worldwide for credit and debit cards. As the operator of the payment service, it also provides security and risk management solutions. It is listed in the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker code V.The firm prefers to invest and partner with innovative early-stage firms in the payments, fintech and emerging technology spaces to advance Visa's strategic and financial objectives. Some of its investments include Indonesian ride-hailing and payment super-app Gojek, cybersecurity firms MagicCube and LoginID, payment platforms Klarna and Flutterwave, as well as digital banking platform Greenwood Bank.

DCP Capital is an international private equity firm that mainly invests in Asia. The DCP team previously led KKR and Morgan Stanley’s private equity businesses in Asia. Boyu Capital is a China-focused investment firm with offices in Beijing and Hong Kong. It manages tens of billions of US dollars and is one of the largest private equity investment firm in China, and mainly invests in sectors of consumer and retail, financial services, healthcare, media and technology.Boyu Capital was founded in 2011 by the late Ma Xuezheng (died in September 2019), former senior vice-president and financial director of Lenovo Group and managing director and partner of TPG, and Zhang Zixin (Louis Cheung), former general manager of Ping An Insurance. Boyu Capital's first chairman of the board was Jiang Zhicheng (Alvin Jiang), the grandson of former Chinese president Jiang Zemin.

The independent fund manager and advisor specializes in private equity, private debt and infrastructure investments, offering investment services to institutional and private wealth clients.Besides offering a range of private market funds of funds, Alpha also manages Private Equity Holding Ltd with a diversified portfolio of investments in six public-listed companies. Recent direct co-investments include participation in the $54m Series B round of Austrian marketplace Refurbed in August 2021.

Patxi Larumbe is the Spanish CCO and co-founder at 3D printing food tech and cell-based meat startup Cocuus, where he has worked since he co-founded it in 2017. Before Cocuus, Larumbe founded and directed eight other companies, the majority, like Cocuus, also based in Pamplona, Navarre. During his extensive entrepreneurial career, Larumbe had experience with design and manufacturing in 3D processes, which he used to innovate in Cocuus.  Before Cocuus, he was a director at his building materials distribution company, On Clima, for two years, which was preceded by a two-year stint heading up Tohama, an IoT tech developer for Somfy products.  Prior to that, he was commercial director for 20 years at building services company Terradisa and also founded its Catalonia offices.From 2000–2013, Larumbe was the founder and board member at Acustica Arquitectonica, an acoustic architectural design company and from 1995–2005, he had the same responsibilities at his hospitality company, Ostatu Zaharra. Other companies he founded were were Render (1990–96), Netcorp Factory (1996–2000) and No Solo Futbol ("Not Just Soccer") (2000–2004).   Larumbe studied electronics at first degree level in Pamplona. 

Xu Yingqi has over a decade of work experience in the gaming, pharmaceutical and finance sectors. He joined an online gaming company named 5173 in 2003 and expanded the team from 20 to 3,000 employees, increasing the yearly GMV from US$3m to more than US$1.5bn. Xu then joined a pharmaceutical company named 818 in 2009, helping over 300 pharmacies go online. The company's business grew 248% annually under his leadership. In 2003, Xu started financial services platform 658 that generated RMB1.3bn worth of transactions. In 2015, he went on to establish Yidianling, an online mental health consultancy.

Founded in 2015, Xin Ding Capital makes equity, pre-IPO and overseas investments. It also provides consultation services to startups in the biomedicine, new energy vehicle, chip and semiconductor manufacturing and artificial intelligence sectors that want to get listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations, a Chinese over-the-counter system for trading shares of public limited companies. As of May 2018, Xin Ding Capital has invested nearly RMB 2 billion in over 30 projects.

Rodolfo Lomascolo is a serial entrepreneur with a strong technical foundation in the software, e-commerce and energy sector.  He has more than 25 years of experience in C-level positions and is one of the pioneers who fostered the early growth of the tech ecosystem in Spain. For over 14 years, Lomascolo was CEO of the Internet Publishing Services Certification Authority (ipsCA) that was eventually acquired by the STS Group, of which he was subsequently vice-president of International Business Development, growing the company's revenue from zero to €30m in three years. In 2015, he became co-founder and CEO of Pervasive Technologies, a company that deploys big data, machine learning and IoT for digital innovation.  

Established in 1958, VERSO Capital is a boutique merchant banking and financial services firm based in Luxembourg. It also has offices in Geneva, Fribourg, Vaduz, Dubai, Singapore and BVI. VERSO specializes in sectors like education, food and renewables. Since 2011, the firm has invested over $700bn in venture capital in the global startup ecosystem. Funds worth over $245m were pumped into climatech, foodtech and biotech sectors since 2017. In February 2021, it merged with Swiss alternative asset manager ALDINI Capital that was also founded in 1958 and based in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. VERSO will leverage the expertise of ALDINI in hedge funds, private equity and real estate.
