Founder and CTO of Dorabot
The person who introduced the concept of “maker” to China – even coining its Chinese translation (“chuangke”), which has since taken root in the Chinese language. Today, Zhang Hao (b. 1987) is founder and CTO of logistics robotics startup Dorabot.After studying robotics at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, he joined leading MOOC platform Guokr as a Science and Technology editor. He then became Puzzlebox’s chief hardware architect in San Francisco, later overseeing the manufacturing of Puzzlebox Orbit in Shenzhen. In 2014, he started Dorabot. While he was in university, he worked freelance as a web designer and SEO consultant, and in 2008, founded his own digital marketing company, Jogja Web Services, which was dedicated to helping SMEs. In 2012, he left Jogja Web Services, joined travel booking site Pegipegi – now owned by Traveloka – and founded a new digital marketing consultancy, WireHub. In 2014, he joined Lazada and Blanja.com. In 2015, Rifai and his co-founders established Kofera, which offers automated digital marketing using AI. Kofera helps its clients efficiently connect various types of data, including sales and stock, on one platform, where the data can be accessed, processed and used to automatically guide ad spending. In 2018, Rifai spun off a new business from Kofera: Volantis, a company that applies Kofera's data-driven principles to more use cases and provides enterprise clients with end-to-end services.

Manuel Moreno is a telecommunication engineer with a passion for software development. Moreno is also a serial entrepreneur. In 2006 he co-founded Noaris with his business partner, Julio Pernía Aznar. Noaris specialized in SaaS and cloud computing for the insurance sector and Reparanet, a Noaris spin-off, which became the biggest SaaS platform for repair companies in Spain. More recently, he co-founded, also with Pernía Aznar, Bdeo, an intelligence platform for underwriting and claims process, which he led in the role of CTO.

He was CEO at Uniplaces until 2018 when he left the post and became Non-Executive Chairman.
