Co-founder and CEO of RRQ (Rex Regum Qeon)
Pauline is the co-founder and CEO of Indonesian eSports team RRQ. He was a professional eSports athlete in the early 2000s and turned to management when he was asked to join RRQ in 2013. He is also Chairman of the Indonesian eSports Federation (FEI). Pauline studied at the London School of Public Relations in Jakarta. He was previously a Product Director at Qeon Interactive, an online gaming company, and ran a gaming center called Xzis Gaming Village in Jakarta.

Jiang Tong obtained bachelor's degrees in Civil Engineering from Tongji University and Control Science and Engineering from Zhejiang University between 2011 and 2016. Upon graduation, he joined a robotics startup founded by a team from Zhejiang university, Shanghai Seer Robotics Technology, working as an algorithm engineer from 2016 to 2017. He then joined Bumie Tech in 2017. He specializes in simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) and location algorithm. Jiang now serves as CTO at Onesight.

Asunción worked at Tesla Motors Netherlands for one year as a program manager of Charging Installations in 2014. After graduation, he worked as an equity research analyst at Mandiri Sekuritas for seven months and later joined Rothschild's global financial advisory team in Jakarta.In January 2014, he moved to Singapore to work for one year at Heritas Capital Management as healthcare investment analyst. In 2015, he became the managing director of Wahyu Abadi, an Indonesian business process outsourcing company. His younger brother Walton is also at Wahyu based in Jakarta. In April 2018, both brothers co-founded Elio to focus online healthcare for men.

He was also a founder partner at Shoe Dazzle from 2008 to 2011. In 2016, he joined the team to set up 4D ShoeTech before the company was officially launched in 2017.
