Catharina Davy is a veteran media professional, starting at Indonesian TV station RCTI in 1999, where she was a journalist, news anchor and eventually executive producer. Catharina left RCTI in 2011 and had a brief stint as a producer and scriptwriter at Watchdoc, a documentary production house, before moving to Metro TV as an executive producer and news manager from 2012 to 2016. In 2017, she joined former Metro TV colleagues Najwa Shihab and Dahlia Citra Buana to establish omni-channel media network Narasi TV.

He was the managing partner of Conector Startup Accelerator in Madrid for over two years. He is also the founder of the Mobile Marketing Association in Spain.Arias currently runs two startups: digital innovation agency Made in Mobile that he founded in 2014 and edtech Capaball co-founded in 2018. As a digital marketing specialist and experienced lecturer, he also works as a professor at ESCP Europe in Madrid and University of Sergio Arboleda in Colombia.

After graduating in business administration at the University of Michigan-Dearborn in 2013, Ife Oyedele II stayed on at the university to obtain a master’s in information technology in 2016.While studying in Michigan, Oyedele met up with Obi Ozor and the two friends started an e-commerce venture to sell diapers and baby soap from the US to customers in Nigeria. Ozor later moved to Philadelphia to continue his studies at Wharton School.Still at university, he gained work experience in business intelligence at Michigan consultancy firm CFI Group for about three years. He has also conducted some research for pharma group iLabs and completed stints in business analysis and quality assurance at various companies. In May 2014, he joined General Fuels company in Detroit and worked as a business manager for almost two years.In 2016, Ozor and Oyedele co-founded Uber-style logistics platform Kobo360 in Nigeria. Oyedele was CTO at Kobo360 until 2020 when he became the company’s Chief Growth Officer.

H&S Investment is a German investment company and accredited member of the Business Angels Network Germany (BAND). Founded by Martin Heubeck and Ulrich Stommel, the fund focuses on new technologies and innovations counting on over 25 years of experience in technology companies in Germany and overseas.

Geniee is an adtech company which has developed its own supply-side platform (SSP), demand-side platform (DSP) and data management platform (DMP). It was founded in 2012 with venture funding from GREE Ventures. In 2015, it received Series D funding from Fenox Venture Capital. So far it has invested in Adskom and AdPushup, both of which are adtech companies.

Established in 1990, JAFCO Asia is a private equity and venture capital firm with US$650m assets under management. It has offices in Singapore, Taipei, Seoul, Beijing and Shanghai. Its parent company, JAFCO Co., Ltd., is Japan's largest venture capital firm. JAFCO Asia has invested in more than 480 companies, 110 of which have been publicly listed. 

Based in Singapore, Antler is a venture capital firm that runs a global five-month venture building program. Aside from funding and company building, Antler matches founders and the talent they need prior to the start of the program. Antler's programs are run in Singapore, Stockholm, Sydney, Amsterdam and London. Antler was founded by former managing director of Zalora, Magnus Grimeland.

The Plantbase Foundation is a non-profit institution run by entrepreneur and impact investor Willem Blom based in The Netherlands. Most of the Plantbase activities are backed by donors. At least 80% of the donations are used to support enterprises that facilitate the shift from animal agriculture to a vegan lifestyle. The foundation has invested in foodtechs involved in the meat, fish and dairy industries; as well as food delivery and apps. Ex-WPP’s youngest head Kevin Mintaraga’s career started when he founded digital agency Magnivate in 2008. In 2012, the company was acquired by WPP, and was renamed to XM Gravity and later Mirum Agency. Kevin remained as CEO of the company post-acquisition, and at 27 years old became the youngest head within WPP’s global network. He moved to a chairman role in 2014 to start Bridestory. Kevin was an avid gamer and had no business or digital media background prior to launching Magnivate. He was born in 1985.

Joseph Wadakethalakal majored in Mathematical Economics and History at Pomona University in the US. Upon graduating in 2009, he worked as an analyst for the investment bank Houlihan Lokey for eight months. He then joined JP Morgan but moved on to become an associate at private equity firm Zelnick Media Capital (ZMC).After two years at ZMC, Joe returned to Indonesia to establish his own business consultancy Seroja Partners. In 2014, he joined the online media group KapanLagi Network (KLN) and later became the CEO of KLN’s offshoot Brilio in 2015.

Dahlia Citra Buana is a veteran in the journalistic and broadcasting world. After graduating from Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia with a bachelor's degree in Politics, she began her career as a radio host and journalist in 2002, working for KBR68H and Green Radio Jakarta. In 2008 she joined Metro TV, eventually becoming the producer of Mata Najwa, a talk show hosted by well-known anchor Najwa Shihab. Together with Najwa, she established the omni-channel media network Narasi TV in 2017. Dahlia officially left Metro TV in 2018.

A developer with over 10 years of experience, Pedro Araújo received his bachelor’s in Computer Science and his master’s in Informatics from the University of Minho. He worked as a web developer and junior programmer at several companies before joining WeDo Technology as a developer and analyst in 2011. In 2013, Araújo joined Network Locum as senior Python/Django developer, leaving the company in 2015 to start Attentive, where he still serves as CTO. Previously, he had co-founded Portuguese startup and events directory NovaWeb with his brother Daniel. NovaWeb closed in 2015.

Global citizen Mariano Kostelec is an Argentinian native who has lived in Asia and Europe. After earning his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with Management from King’s College London, Kostelec moved to Asia to work at Groupon China (GaoPeng) and Wimbu China. He then moved to Portugal to launch Uniplaces with friends Miguel Amaro and Ben Grech. He is a member of the Entrepreneur Organization in Lisbon and of the Sandbox Network and has appeared on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list.

Mariko Asmara Yoshihara is the managing director and chairperson of PT JAC Indonesia, which is part of the multinational JAC Recruitment group. She is also one of the most active angel investors in ANGIN, a prominent network of Indonesia’s top angel investors. Her investment focus lies in empowerment, capacity building and agriculture.
