He worked as an intern for a Daimler-Chrysler subsidiary and Siemens, joining ITC Automotive as a software engineer on graduation. He spent over 10 years at Gracenote, an entertainment data service company acquired by Nielsen in 2017, before returning to Indonesia to join microlending startup JULO. Victor holds a master's degree in Business Computing from the University of Applied Sciences (FHW) Berlin, Germany.

It manages projects in over 100 cities in nine countries, including the US, Australia, Canada, the UK, Germany, Japan, South Korea and Malaysia. Mohammad Ridwan Agustiawan is an experienced software developer and self-professed gamer. He graduated from RWTH Aachen University in Germany, with a master’s in Informatics. Ahmad Rizqi Meydiarso is a highly skilled programmer specializing in platform design. He completed a bachelor’s and a master’s in Computer Engineering at the Hamburg University of Technology in Germany, under the Infotronik-Programm sponsored by Airbus.After graduating in 2014, he worked at Airbus Defence and Space for a year, developing simulators for various applications including one for the Eurofighter Typhoon. Daniel Sánchez is an IT engineer with a Computer Science degree from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. He has over 10 years of experience working as a systems analyst for companies like Accenture, Vision IT group, Alten and Isban in Spain and on projects in Italy, Ireland, Germany and the Czech Republic. In 2013, he founded, a crowdfunding platform for social causes. He was also a teaching professor of the Influencers Campaign Management and Brand Ambassadors program developed by the USJ in collaboration with Socialnautas.
