A coffee geek, Robin Boe is a collector of coffee-machines and equipment. Robin also exports coffee beans from his hometown Medan to other parts of Indonesia. Being a son of an entrepreneur, entrepreneurship is part of Robin’s DNA. He has a bachelor’s in Commerce from the Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi STMIK Mikroskil in Medan.Robin co-founded the speciality coffee shop Otten Coffee in October 2012 and expanded it into an online e-commerce platform for coffee lovers in April 2014. He is also the CEO of PT Agrinusa Mitra Kopindo where he has been working since May 2009.

Adtech entrepreneur Italo Gani is set to disrupt Indonesia’s fledgling digital advertising industry as co-founder and CEO of Adskom. He and co-founder Daniel Armanto believe that automated or programmatic ad platforms will boost local budgets for digital media advertisers. Currently the co-founder and chairman of internet marketing agency InboundID, Italo graduated in 1998 with a bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering from the Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) in Indonesia. He has extensive experience in the adtech and digital media as the former CEO of ad network Adstars and as ex-chief commercial officer mSTARS (PT Antar Mitra Prakarsa).

Indra Rukasyah is a co-founder and CTO of Kostoom. He is currently also working as an IT officer at PT Surya Nugraha Nusantara Finance.Indra has been involved in running several businesses with his wife Putry Yuliastutik. He co-founded an online education services provider HarukaEdu in February 2013. He is the CFO of PT Haruka Edukasi Utama. He also runs his own business as the founder of TTT Coaching and Consulting. He had also worked as an associate lecturer at Binus Business School in 2014.

With over a decade of consultancy experience, Alvaro Gomez Nogueiras is a visiting professor at several universities, including Porto Business School and Lisbon School of Economics and Management. He has a computer engineering degree and a master’s in Consultancy and Information Systems Implementation from the University of Deusto in Spain.He worked as a logistics consultant before co-founding business consultancy EBS in the African country of Angola. He returned to Portugal in 2001 and worked as a project manager for over eight years. He was also a director at Strategos until 2014. Gomez was the CEO and co-founder of Tradiio until April 2019.

His road safety app "Watch Out" won him a scholarship at an international design competition "Creative Diary 2013" run by the Institute of European Design (IED).Originally from Venezuela, he studied graphic design at IED Madrid in 2014 and completed a master’s course at the Animum Creativity Advanced School in Malaga in 2018. Based in Madrid, he also works as a creative director at nutri-holistic products company Biomol Care SL and as a visual designer for e-learning site Banana Exams.

Nicolàs was formerly a hardware developer at TNL and is currently a PhD student. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems and a degree in Computer Engineering, both from the Autonomous University Barcelona. He has also studied at the University of Turin in Italy.

Shannon Falconer graduated with a master’s in botany at the University of Vancouver in 2006. She also completed a PhD in biochemistry at The McMaster University in 2014. She went on to work as a postdoctoral researcher at Stanford University until 2016 when she decided to become the CEO and co-founder of biotech startup Because Animals. She also led the biotech’s R&D team to develop plant-based nutritional cookies and treats for dog and cats. Because Animals now aims to produce the world’s first cell-based cultured meat products for pets.
