Bo Chen is a talented programmer specializing in web development. He graduated from the University of California with a double degree in electrical engineering and computer science. He worked as a web development intern at various companies while studying in the US. He graduated in 2014 and worked briefly at web marketing firm Brandcast and fintech startup Ripple. After graduation, he worked as an equity research analyst at Mandiri Sekuritas for seven months and later joined Rothschild's global financial advisory team in Jakarta.In January 2014, he moved to Singapore to work for one year at Heritas Capital Management as healthcare investment analyst. In 2015, he became the managing director of Wahyu Abadi, an Indonesian business process outsourcing company. His younger brother Walton is also at Wahyu based in Jakarta. In April 2018, both brothers co-founded Elio to focus online healthcare for men.

She also spent time in Brazil at the Spanish Chamber of Business and Industry, and at Henkel in San Francisco, working in business intelligence and marketing. She holds a degree in Business Management from Carlos III University of Madrid.

In 1999, she moved to the Netherlands to join Dutch telecoms provider Ben as a customer development manager. After completing an MBA in 2002 at IESE University of Navarra, the mother-of-three joined eBay Spain as head of category and seller development. In 2005, she was promoted to marketing and communications director but left in 2008 to join Google as the regional country marketing manager for Spain and Portugal. In 2015, she left to become the CEO and co-founder of WOOM with former eBay colleague Clelia Morales.

He left in 2011 for a short stint at the Makarim & Taira S law firm. In 2012, he joined Allen & Overy as a transactional banking lawyer. Before he left Allen & Overy in 2017, he advised various clients, including the Artha Graha Group and Macquarie. He and his co-founders started developing Akseleran in 2016 and launched an early version in March 2017.Ivan earned a Master's degree in Law & Finance from Queen Mary University of London. His thesis was on the topic of crowdfunding and became part of the inspiration behind establishing Akseleran.

Prior to this, Rando gained significant experience working in the field of genomics. He spent three years prior to SwissDeCode’s foundation trialing his DNA food testing technology in his startup BeerDeCoded and assisted in the launch of a compact DNA laboratory at Bento Bio in London. He previously spent almost three years at the University of Geneva in research, co-inventing a technology for ink to change color in response to a specific DNA sequence. His earlier position at the University of Lausanne as a post-doctoral fellow in genomics saw him lead a nine-man team for three and a half years, discovering the hormone that prepares newborns to lactate. Rando’s first post was at Trangenic Operative Products, leading animal research there.
