Caballero is serial entrepreneur dedicated to purpose-driven entrepreneurship harnessing technology to support social initiatives. He was Head of New Media in Doctors Without Borders, has held senior level positions in multinational companies and co-founded tech startups in the field of social intelligence and analytic platforms.In 2013, he founded The Social Coin, an NGO for social movement and game-changing technology rewarding people for socially responsible acts. In 2018, the company launched Citibeats, a social intelligence platform deploying NLP and machine-learning to analyze online speech and convert it into relevant insights that governments, cities and companies can use to provide immediate response to social needs.

Aitor Ojanguren is an industrial engineer and serial entrepreneur from Bilbao, Spain. He holds an MBA from Bauer University in Boston. He also specialized at the IESE Business School in social entrepreneurship and is an active investor in social impact tech startups.Ojanguren has over 15 years experience in the logistics sector. He founded Celeritas, a leading logistic e-commerce service company. He is CEO of Koiki, an environmentally sustainable last-mile delivery social enterprise that employs vulnerable people in Spain, which he founded in 2015. 

David Martín-Corral is an industrial engineer with a PhD in Mathematical Engineering, focusing on complex systems, viral computing and machine learning.He has worked as an associate lecturer teaching classes in social network analysis, digital health and data visualization, and in R programming for top-notch Spanish universities such as CIFF Business School, the IE Business School and Carlos III University in Madrid.Martín-Corral was also the founder of Polibot, the popular chatbot for Telegram and Facebook. In 2018, he co-founded Zensei with Carlos Hernando, a virtual clinic app aimed at preventing and assisting users in their management of respiratory problems. Both founders are currently mentoring startups as part of the Tetuan Valley Network.

Leandro Berchielli has worked for 16 years in academic management at FAPPES, São Paulo’s faculty of research and higher learning where Blox’s feasibility study was run in 2017. He joined his brother Bruno to co-found Blox and became the startup’s chief learning officer.The law graduate also has a master’s in education from São Paulo’s Catholic Pontifical University. He has previously worked for over a decade as general manager at IPEC, São Paulo Institute of Further Education.

Antonio Tripiana Caballero worked for almost two years as project engineer at the Signal Processing for Communications and Navigation (SPCOMNAV) research group at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB).The Department of Telecommunications and Systems Engineering project was part of Tripiana’s master’s degree in Telecoms Systems Engineering during his university days from 2011 to 2016. He also completed a one-year exchange program at Finland’s Tampere University of Technology.Tripiana worked as a freelance full-stack developer in Barcelona during his studies. He worked for four months as a scientist at Barcelona’s Mobile World Capital to develop a cloud-based GNSS receiver for IoT devices with ultra-low battery consumption. He also spent five months testing receivers at the European Space Agency (ESA) in the Netherlands.In 2018, he co-founded Plant on Demand (POD) as the startup’s Solutions Architect. He took on the full-time role of CTO during 1Q2020.

Lynette Kucsma has an MBA and BSc Marketing. She has worked in the technology and consumer goods sectors, including a marketing and communication role in Fortune 500 companies like Microsoft.Based in Barcelona, she is passionate about healthy eating and technology. In 2012, Kucsma co-founded Natural Machines to design food-grade home appliances for both B2B and B2C customers. The company recently launched a 3D food printer equipped with laser-cooking technology.Kucsma was named by CNN as one of “7 tech superheroes” to watch. She also mentors startups in the hardware and IoT space.

Emilio Sepulveda is a Spanish engineer and MBA graduate with over 20 years of experience in the technology space at a global level. He worked as Strategy and Innovation Manager at Telefónica, leading multiple startups and projects. He was also involved in team structuring, seed funding round support, business model and strategy development.Passionate about IoT and robotics, Sepulveda co-founded Natural Machines in 2012 to develop 3D food-grade home appliances for both B2B and B2C customers. The company has just launched the world’s first 3D food printer equipped with laser-cooking technology.

Tyler Skelton is the CPO and co-founder of pioneering circular economy B2B asset reuse platform Rheaply, where he has worked full-time since 2016. Before that, he worked at online mortgage company Guaranteed Rate as a senior designer.  He has also worked as a designer or tech engineer in several other Chicago-based startups including Palantir.net, The Nines and Analyte Health. Skelton also worked in marketing and design early in his career. He hold’s a Bachelors degree in Telecommunications: Design and Production from Indiana University Bloomington. 

Angel Albiach Ruiz is the Spanish co-founder and CTO of Visualfy, the first hardware and app employing AI-enhanced sound recognition for the autonomy of the deaf, where he has worked since 2017. Prior to this, he was co-founder and co-manager at the startup’s forerunner, Valencia-based Fusió d'Arts Technology, a communications agency for the disabled from 2011 until its pivot into Visualfy. Before that, Albiach was founder and manager of his IT and company administration agency GX Informatica from 2007–2011. He previously worked as a technician in different firms in the Valencia region. Albiach has studied software development, webpage design, and hardware repair and maintenance at different Valencian colleges. He is a certified Scrum Master and is fluent in Spanish sign language. 

Michal Biernat is the Polish CTO and co-founder of medtech diagnostic hardware and app Higo Sense, where he has worked full-time since 2019. He is simultaneously founder and CEO at Bailey Consulting, a medtech consultancy for startups, also based in Warsaw. He additionally manages the medtech section at Polish tech incubator ToReforge.Prior to Higo Sense, Biernat worked for four years at Polish medtech Braster as an engineering manager and then as a product development manager. He also spent one year working as a sales engineer at engineering company AB Industry. Biernat holds a first degree and a master’s in biomedical engineering from the Warsaw Polytechnic.

Ramkumar Nair graduated in biotechnology at the Cochin University of Science and Technology in Kerala before going to Sweden for postgrad studies in 2013.During his PhD in industrial biotechnology at the University of Borås, he embarked on a research project to create fungi-based proteins from discarded sidestreams generated by food producers. After extensive research in 2017, he founded Mycorena in Gothenburg to produce mycoproteins using fermentation technology.The startup’s first commercial product, Promyc, is now being sold to global food companies as a more sustainable and nutritional alt-protein compared to traditional plant-based proteins.

Diliara Lupenko is the COO and co-founder of Impress, an invisible aligners company regarded as one of the fastest-growing telemedicine startups in Europe. Prior to Impress, Lupenko served for over eight years as COO and CFO of Aquaton, a bathroom furniture plant and a subsidiary of the ROCA Group. She also worked in the Transaction Service Group in KPMG, managing financial due diligence of over 100 targets, pre-sale preparation of vendors, and restructuring, amongst other tasks. Impress is not Lupenko’s first entrepreneurial experience. In 2013 she co-founded Style Me Up the first Russian marketplace for designers of jewelry and accessories.

Borja Aranguren Herrera has a MSc in Industrial Engineering specializing in both mechanical engineering and business administration. In 2012, he received a scholarship for an exchange program at the San Diego State University in California which he successfully completed with the best possible grades.Since 2018, he has been the CEO and co-founder of Cobee, a fast growing fintech app that helps companies manage employee benefits. Prior to this, Aranguren Herrera worked for several years as a consultant at McKinsey and late led strategy and business expansion at OnTruck, one of the most promising logistics startups in Spain. 

Pablo Marfil Serrano graduated in industrial design engineering and product development at Nebrija University in Madrid in 2014. He has worked in industrial design, product development and branding for Madrid-based companies, including AECOM and Steelcase.In 2010, he became a member of the competitive Mini racing team Nebrija Motorsport. In 2012, Marfil founded his own agency Marfil Design & Consulting. He also co-founded Scoobic Urban Mobility in 2015 and became the Spanish mobility startup's CTO and business development manager. He is also a founding member and partner of Passion Motorbike Factory.

German native Mikael Eydt graduated in economics in 2016 at Erlangen-Nürnberg’s Friedrich-Alexander University. He worked at his family’s hotel company in Germany while studying at university from 2011 to 2016. Eydt also briefly worked in sales for insurance company Debeka and completed his national service as a soldier in Germany. In 2017, Eydt went back to work as a junior manager at family-owned Hotel Eydt in Kirchheim.Currently based in Copenhagen, he is now the CEO and co-founder of Danish alt-leather biotech, Beyond Leather Materials, that produces vegan leather materials from apple waste. He was responsible for the startup’s business development for two years before becoming CEO in July 2020.
