Founder and CEO of Sheltair
Anna Martinez Balañá is the granddaughter of Pedro Balañá, who is the owner of several theatres and cinemas in Barcelona as well as its Monumental Arena, the city's former bullfighting ring. In 2016, Martinez founded Sheltair, which offers by the hour reservations of offices spaces and meeting rooms in Barcelona and Madrid through its mobile app. She graduated with a degree in Business Administration and holds a MSc in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from ESADE Business School.

David Segura Guillén is an informatics engineer with over 25 years experience in media communications, digital marketing and business management. He graduated from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid in 1989 and worked for various companies like WPP, Wanadoo and Orange while testing the waters as an entrepreneur. Segura founded Glue Concept SL and event platform gooru.live in 2013. Segura and Yaiza Canosa Ferrío went on to establish co-working offices GlueWork in 2017. Philippe Gelis is a co-founder and CEO of Kantox, a foreign currency exchange management platform. Born in Narbonne, France, in 1979, he now lives in Barcelona where the company's main offices are located. Prior to setting up Kantox in 2011, Gelis worked as a strategy and management consultant at Deloitte and as a financial consultant at Axis Corporate. His first job was as financial controller at Renault, Switzerland. Gelis holds a master's in Business Strategy and an MBA in Corporate Finance, both from Toulouse Business School, France.

Before that, he held the same roles at his previous Barcelona-based startup, Nubelo, another tech recruitment agency for freelancers, between 2012 and 2016, when it was acquired by Freelancer.com.
